This is my first ever review and Im only writing it to talk about the lack of help in the fish department. You can never find any help! When do you manage, it almost feels like youre bothering them asking for help. Some workers over there have been nice and helpful, like the older gentleman and the younger blonde girl. But you better hope the day you visit that the older lady that works back there isnt there. Youll never get any help. Waited around the tanks for 15 minutes.. not a person in sight to help. Finally found this older woman and asked her for assistance getting a fish... she said shed be right over. Well 5 minutes later she finally starts to come over to help but is stopped by another customer who asks about a product. She went off and helped them and never came back. Left that day without purchasing anything. If you dont mind traveling a little bit further, go to the Aquarium Center in Clementon for your fish and fish products. Its only about 8 minutes away from the Deptford Mall... its cheaper, has a larger selection, and better staff.

Understand EXACTLY what you are signing up for with the wellness plan. Pay close attention to what it does not cover because they will find something to charge you for EVERY time you go. The vet denies that they push products, but yet they have a board in the back that tracks daily revenue. How many vets offices have you been in have that? They dont tell you, but be aware you have four days to cancel your contract. Google Banfield complaints to see if this is really a company you want to deal with.

Dealt with the grooming department. Worst place ever. Wont take my moms dog back there. Sara or Sarah is horrendous. She tied her dog to the tub and when her dog panicked she let her choke. When she pooped she then took her out of the tub- WET- and tied her to the wall. Still pooping and not dry, she put her in a crate. Manager did nothing. Sara should be fired because she clearly cant do the job. If my moms dog doesnt like you theres a reason. She didnt like Sara. Will NEVER return for grooming.

Just completed the beginner class of training and couldnt be happier. Lyndsey was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to our puppy. The training was great and you can tell she loves what she does. We will be back for intermediate class for sure!

This store everything you need for your pets. You can walk your pets thru the store on a leash as well. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are good for the brands and the checkout was fast.

Whenever I have to get something for my two monsters. .... my two cats, pet smart is the place to go for the best prices and products. You can even take your little monsters with you. What more can you ask for.

The grooming staff here is great. They put up with our difficult dachshund and always trim his nails with extra care. Love it here!
