Had a wonderful experience at this Sprint Store! Talked to Dareous, one of the Sales Associates who was exceptional in customer service! I purchased a new Galaxy S7 and needed to get it activated as well as transfer all the music from my old phone. I was a bit concerned that I may not be able to do so or that some of the music would not get transferred. Dareous was able to duplicate everything from my old pone onto the new one even the screensaver! He assisted with the activation and even guided me on purchasing a phone cover and screen protector. The Manager even worked on getting me a discount with my purchase. I felt well taken care of. Thank you Collegeville, Sprint Store!

Went in to get my wife upgraded to the new iPhone. Everyone there including the manager Craig and Darreus and Sody were amazing. We had a few issues and the system was acting up but they were all very knowledgeable and experienced. It was a pleasure chatting with them while everything was being taken care of. The best sprint store experience Ive had in the 10 years Ive been with Sprint.

I would like to say I had a wonderful experience at this location with Dareous Truesdale he was very experienced. He took the time to explain everything to me in details, courtesy, friendly with a great smile the entire time. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. I walked in the store, I was greeted by the manager Darlie Nelson with a friendly smile. She offered me a sit and ask how may I help you today. It means a lot to me when greeted with such care and friendliness, especially in the customer service field. Not all are cut out for it, however Darlie was expectional. I am officially and truly a happy Sprint customer.

I dont usually give compliments to people but after visiting that place - the staff was very informative and very professional.. I didnt go there to actually buy anything just wanted to check out prices and this lady Darlie Nelson was funny - professional- and down to earth and pursuasive ... so I was sold like a little sucker

This Sprint store has absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced! My sales rep Sody Quach was beyond helpful and patient with me when setting up my new phone. The other reps were just as helpful too! Its a great feeling to walk in a store and be greeted with a friendly smile. Awesome experience!!!
