Ive been noticing since they have added the supercenter that they are failing to restock shelves. I have gone to the Quakertown walmart several times and walked out without the item I was looking for, due to unstocked shelves. This walmart would make tons more money if they took the time to follow up on the managers responsible for this. I was totally surprised to walk in Walmart last week and find hardly anything I was looking for, stocked. I had to ask a customer if there was some world tragedy because water and bread was wiped out and they were severly low on all meat in the meat department. Coffee was all gone and I couldnt even get the cat food I normally get. Totally unexceptable. This is a cry out to upper management. Try dropping in unannounced and see if you dont agree with my findings.

I just called to ask if they carry medical scissors. Apparently the girl who answered couldnt hear me, so after waiting a few moments, she proceeded to say "I can wait as long as you can......AND I know your number" and then proceeded to read my number to me. I hung up and called back. Luckily I got the same girl, who when answered I abruptly blurted out "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?" GREAT, NOW I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU CARRY MEDICAL SCISSORS". I know she heard me that time! Point is, who do you think you are answering the phone with that kind of attitude? Customer service is key in this country, FYI. She sent me to the pharmacy line because (go figure) she couldnt find that info out herself. Walmart, you should hire competent, respectful employees. Not the latter.

Night shift at Quakertown Walmart SUCKS. Theres a RUDE female manager that was extremely ignorant to us.Night shift only has ONE check out aisle open... the lines feel like they are a half a mile long.We have no problems with day shift Walmart Employees/Checkouts---YET.BOO to walmart!!! You could probably consider their bullcrap commercials as false advertisements because Quakertown SuperWalmart is one of the crummiest ones around our area.Message to Q-Town walmart - GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER BUMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hate walmart??? Join the google+ group called WE HATE WALMART! The more the better, lets MAKE corporate walmart know what kinda crap is REALLY going on in their pathetic excuse for a superstore. Ten thumbs down to Quakertown Walmart.

Most of the employees are useless. There are a couple good ones, but unless youre lucky enough to find one of them, youre on your own, and the really bad ones will straight up tell you that too. I asked one of the overnight guys where i could find something and he apologized and said he was new but hed find out for me. We walked to this fat sloppy lady and he asked if she knew. She said "Im on my break, youre on your own." Lol when I was a teenager and worked at a grocery store we HAD to help customers whether we were on break or not, so the fact she couldnt just point in a general direction kinda pissed me off. This is the worst example, but pretty typical.

Went back to the video game section at 9:30 pm no one was around found a guy that worked there and asked him if he could help me he said I dont have a key to open it I dont know how to help u I said could u go to the back and ask if theres someone there that could help ( its now 10:00) the guy came out of the back room and stood there looking at me Well I guess I learned never to ask a Walmart Employee to help

Returns and support are absolutely terrible. Took 20 minutes without a line just to get support on a return. Then took over 10 or so minutes just to return a single item. For the amount of money the place makes they are understaffed and the staff they do have are lazy and rude. Only reason it is a 2 star was because I could get my stuff and go, and the self checkout worked better than the staff.

We had our bikes ruined couple times during our trail runs. My gf and i only rode them twice!. Luckily after a month of vacation, came back rodr again, more stuff broke down. They were really nice and professional when we asked to refund our bikes and everything wr bought such as accessories. Im very very happy with this walmart.. My other walmarts neat me ignored ourbproblem. Coming back!

I thought that the selection of off brand footballs was possibly some of the best footballs I have ever handled. I also found that Robert was a very kind and gentle individual, and I kind of liked Walt, so if you ever need to contact them, ask for the sports department. Also they have helped me find the perfect off brand generic football, Grip-Rite.

My son went there to get his paycheck cashed, due to banks being closed for the holiday. The woman wripped his check in half, and the manager said that there are banks to cash checks. Totally disrespectful!!! Bet if it was there paychecks it would be a whole different story. Quakertown Walmart management is the worst around!

Employees are incredibly incompetent and show little to no knowledge of the departments that they work in. I asked an employee in the Outdoor&Sport department a question and received an "I dont know" before he walked away without bothering to help me find someone who would know the answer.

Always good service. Supercenter, so it can do it all. If I have problems with returns at another Walmart, this one does not have those issues. The look at receipt and can do the return. Even if from another Walmart. One of the major reasons we continue to drive a distance to use the one.

For a Walmart, its not too bad. I hate that the employees sit 10 feet from the entrance and smoke though, I dont want to walk through their cloud of smoke with my kids. I only go to Walmart if I absolutely have to, and this one is better than the other local option most of the time.

The employees are not very friendly unfortunately. If you cant find something dont bother asking... Youll probably just get a shoulder shrug. I did like that the store was stocked with more options than the Walmart closest to me. More gluten free options and more variety.

Store is great. Employees & Managers lack training, skills & knowledge. They are either rude or flat out ignore you. No one says hello, thank you... nothing. Never been greeted there by a smile or helping hand. The majority of the Wal-Marts are exactly this way.

Way too warm inside the store. They need to turn the air conditioning up its about 77 inside in most areas and even hotter in other places and you just sweat terribly it just makes you want to get out of there and not browse or even finish with your shopping list
