I cant even give these guys one star. Im actually afraid to even post about my experience there what for fear that the sales guy here will login to my Sprint account and do something in revenge for posting. Ive never had a worse experience in a store in my life. Ive never been treated with such disrespect and outright manipulation ever in my life. Just previous to being here I bought a phone from a different Sprint store - I was here to register a phone from a different carrier on my account. I was told I needed to do this in a corporate store (which actually isnt true). So I came here. This sales guy said "We cant do that" and when I insisted he took a huge sigh and said "alright, let me check it out" and then ripped my phone out of my hands (I was afraid that he was going to drop it did this so aggressively). This didnt work the first time (even though this should work) so I said, alright Ill just call customer service, or check with Apple... then he told me "Dude, do you know how long Ive been doing this?... Ive been doing this for so long. Seriously, dont call customer service. Youre just going to be wasting... your... time. And my time too" (He said this with an extremely overpowering and aggressive tone) I said alright, walked out of the store and right into the Apple store. They tried to fix it and sent me back to Sprint. When I went back the sales guy said "You again?" I asked if he could try again for me. He said "no, I told you - its not going to work. You need a new phone". I asked if he would humor me and he tried to convince me that his computer was shut down and he couldnt do it (even though they still had 45 minutes until they close). When I insisted and asked him to humor me he was somehow magically able to do it. When I tried to read him the IMEI number he said "Yo, I got this... you have no idea how long Ive been doing this, I know what Im doing"... (He wanted to read the IMEI number from the settings screen which was unavailable because I had to factory reset the phone at Apple, and the phone still had a lot of setup to get past before you could get to settings) after he aggressively ripped the phone out of my hands and saw this, he went ahead and read the IMEI number off the back of the phone (like I was offering to do to help him). It didnt work this time either. I was confused, but called Apple on the phone the next day and was actually able to solve the Activation Policy issue. Simply by calling Apple and putting a ticket in to have this updated. Now my phone works on Sprint without a problem. This guy told me not to trust other Sprint stores, not to trust Sprint Customer Service they they all lied and only to trust him. He also said "Whatever deal you get anywhere else, come to me I will beat it". This guy only cares about sales, he doesnt care about customer service. If he cant convert you into a sale, than hes going to be rude to you and kick you out of his store like he did to me. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Ive never been more disrespected and treated so aggressively than by this Sprint rep. When I left the store I actually was thinking in my head if I should call 911 and report him for assault because of how physical he was with me in the store. Im a very nice and calm person - but it took me quite a while to calm down from this event because of how poorly I was treated. I didnt tell you everything he said to me - but he tried to manipulate me into buying a new phone. He was aggressive and spoke to me as if I was stupid. This guy should not be working with the public. Hes not cutout for it. Tyrone, you got problems dude. I suggest you seek some therapy. Control problems? Not even worthy of one star. Ill never come back to your store. And poaching sales from other colleges is dirty and karma is going to catch up with you. I hope you turn your life around. My prayers are with you.

I was at the sprint store today 4/2. Let me just say horrible customer service. First of all I waited 30mins before receiving any assistance. Secondly once someone is able to assist. They have no care in the world to assist with me upgrading my phone. I had a cracked screen and was advised I would need to drop phone off and return in a week to pick up my phone, let me just say that is highly inconvenient. I ended up taking it to a store within the kop mall and got the repairs done right on spot within 30mins. I then return to the sprint store same day and advised I got my cracked screen replaced and would like to proceed with my upgrade to the iPhone 7 plus. The sales guy then advised my plan would bump up to $20more a month beacuse Im upgrading to the 7 plus. All said and done my phone bill would be $140/ month with just myself on the plan. It sounds to me a complete rip off. They showed no care in the world they were interested in helping any further. There attitude was more like take it or leave it. When I advised I would be looking into changing plans. The sales guy yelled make sure you turn in your leased phone before closing your contract as I walked out. I will be cancelling my sprint contract and go to another provider.

Im writing this review as I wait in the store to buy a new phone. Ive been in here since 6:30 PM and it is now 7:29 PM. There were two associates when I arrived. They were both helping the same customer and then one of the employees left around 7:00 PM without even acknowleging my existence. She could at the very least have said Hey, someone will be right with you." At 7:18 PM, a woman walked in and complained about the service on her phone not working. The manager had just walked out of the back room. The woman complained about not receiving signal on her phone. The manager offered to help her while I was still sitting there. I looked at him and he did not say a word. I said to him "Excuse me sir but I have been waiting here for almost an hour." He asked me what I needed and I told him I needed a phone. He told me that he would be right with me. It is Friday night. Why is there only one sales associate on the floor? This is absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to wait for over an hour to buy a phone. I will not be returning here. Ill go to another Sprint store to find a phone. I googled this store and was relived to see that I wasnt the only one who received horrible customer service.

The one sales associate was busy, so I walked up to the employer who was sitting in the back section. As I walked up, he stared at me with a dead-eye look. So I walked up and just looked at him. I wondered what hed say. But he just glared at me. (Strangest and rudest thing Ive ever experienced in any store anywhere). Finally, I broke the very uncomfortable 10 second, uh... stare down, and asked my question. He rudely stated that maybe the sales associate would know. SO SORRY TO BOTHER YOU, as I mistakenly thought that you work there (sarcasm). I just walked out.
