I love primark for their clothing and accessories but the staff is absolutely HORRENDOUS I came 1:45 mins out of my way to come to this store and I happened to see a guns and roses top in the display case so I searched high and low for it and couldnt find it anywhere I asked just about every single employee to help me find it and they were not helpful and quite rude so I gave up and left with the few things in my bag and when I got to the register I politely said hello how are you to the lady at my register and she didnt say one word to me NOT ONE WORD .. NOT EVEN MY TOTAL we sat in silence until I realized she had rung me up so I paid and waited for my friend to finish and apparently she was treated the same way long story short the clothes are very cute but the customer service is lacking to say the very least Also side note the used to carry larger sizes for women and now the biggest I could find is a 10-12 maybe its because the store is super disorganized but honestly I disappointed In the way I was treated and the fact that I couldnt find what I wanted wish I could say differently because I love store itself just not the people they choose to employ because obviously customer service isnt practiced here

When I first heard about Primark, I just had to go! That was about 8 months ago when Willow Grove didnt even have a Primark yet. The first time I went, I was so overwhelmed, I only picked out a few items. The second time I went, I bought more. Though, the prices and choices isnt what only makes Primark so great. You may say, "Its not." No, its not. The people who work there also make the store so amazing to shop at. If you go into any other store, for example, in recent times I had bad experiences at Forever 21 with poor customer service. Though, at any point I go to Primark, they will bend over backwards to serve you. Ive received numerous fashion and style tips. Ive had a worker go all out trying to find my friends lost bag. Ive had people at Primark communicate with me. You may think thats not rare, but it really is compared to the dirty looks I really get.

Primark was the best retail job I ever had!! I worked with the overnight team mostly in the beauty and home department. I miss that job so much the company treated their employees very well. I just miss the atmosphere and the employees and the good energy that comes from working there, also the PNC team and managers were always helpful and always took pride in getting work done. Shopping their was fun too all the cool trendy outfits, shoes, jewelry etc. When I tell my people about all the good prices they have for good quality things they always say Im going to check it out and then they come back and tell me you werent exaggerating! I would love to be there again, I still to this day even though I am no longer there promote that store and people how fun it was to work there and what a bargain it is too shop for good quality things.

I used to love this store.. But i went there on a friday night with my friend.... And the employees were very rude. It was to the point where i was going to ask for a manager. They looked very suspicious and were doing some weird stuff id rather not say... There were two women employees in the fitting room and they were looking at each other and ten back at me and my friend acting like they were up to something... My friend got cloths that didnt fit her so she went to give it to one of the employees she then said VERY (LET ME JUST TELL U VERY VERY!) RUDLY "i dont take thos" so we walked to the other employee and as we handed her them she looked my friend up and down and in her bag she had gotton from another store.. Let me just say if this happens again there will be problems..

This location is consistently a horrible shopping experience. Its always very hot in the store and its uncomfortable. The mens shop is typically out of order, the denim is never where it should be and you may walk out with the wrong clothes. It looks clean here but nothing is where it should be. Lots of employees standing around. No one besides the dressing room attendant speaks to you. If youre already putting aside the labor conditions of folks in other countries to make cheap clothes, they could, at the least, provide a consistent experience in their stores.

I love this store (along with h&m) .. the quality is pretty good . (Especially if you look for one time use items for photos ext . . ) sweaters looked felt great .. and say they dont last 2 years Im okay with that since they are all under $20 which is a steal !! Cute stuff .. my kids love shopping here too its trendy and they get so much .. I bought a sweater , sweatshirt , dress , earrings , 3 beanies , mans dress shirt , 2 baby sweat shirts, sweatpants .. for $73 .. . The employees btw will help if you ask .. I personally like not being bugged in a store ..

Primark is The BEST store ever ! I was in aw when walked into the store. I totally love it ! Who knew you could shop without going bankrupted ! I loveee love loveee this store and hope they never go away ! You can go into this store with $30 and come out with about 25 things ! Who knew right ? I recommend everyone to shop here. I never have a problem finding something cute and stylish. And not only can you find things for your self, you can find things for your entire family. By far the best store Ive ever shopped at. Prices are amazing. Products are amazing. The selection of different departments (ex: clothes, home, shoes, beauty) is great! However, the employees working on the floor were unhelpful and ignored you. The cashier was even worse. No personality, no smile, no friendly customer service whatsoever. Acted as if we were an inconvenience and that she hated her job and us. Other than the employees this place is fantastic. Wish we had one in Florida!

Me and my girlfriend went for the first time 2 weeks ago and I am soooooo in love. Theyre quality, sizes, and products are EXCELLENT. Its nothing like going to a store and want to buy thy entire store. I will be back probably today..lol Please visit and support. Primark is the best. Great quality clothing with amazing prices. My girlfriend spent less than one hundred dollars and left with eight new outfits for her daughter, two pairs of shoes, and a rain jacket. I even managed to grab a few tech items for less than five dollars a piece. Weve been back three times in the last month and still havent seen the entire store. We need more places like Primark around us.
