I will never voluntarily return to this Giant. When I used the restroom, there was urine on the floor. I mentioned this to the bakery manager while I ordered a cake. The manager rolled her eyes and said some rather rude profanities under her breath. I returned three days later to pick up the cake, and when I used the bathroom it seemed that there was still some urine on the floor in the same area, and I nearly threw up from the stench. When I went to pick up the cake, my sons name was misspelled, even though I had to tell the manager three times that his name is Carl, with a c not a k! I also bought some cookies, but I threw them out once I left the Giant because the bakery manager sneezed on her hands then picked out the cookies, without using hand sanitizer or putting on gloves!

I like this store. Its bright and laid out better than the ACME down the road, by Rt 252. At first, I thought theyd close it (this Giant) because it didnt seem to have much traffic and the store was more or less empty all the time, but they grew on me. The service has always been nice so far, too. I like some of the brands they carry here better than the ACME, even though, I must say the ACME is simply more convenient to where we live.

This store is filled with miserable, unhelpful employees, who obviously do not want to be there. I was almost knocked over today by an employee from their meat department, who didnt even acknowledge what he did. I reported this to a manager, who did nothing. The store was hardly busy at the time. The worst Giant in Delaware County. Avoid....theres too many other stores in the area.

Unfortunately, I agree with the other reviewers. Called the bakery today and was unable to get what I needed. I was told, " just to come in". I explained to the individual that the purpose of my call was to reduce the time in the store, his response didnt change. I encourage the store to look at these reviews as there is an Acme less than a mile from the store that offers great service.

Giant (Edgmont) has the friendliest people who have gone out of their way to assist me while shopping. I also like the fact that you keep the milk up by the front door when that is all I need.(But that doesnt stop me from getting some of your discount bakery products which are right next to it.

I looked up "Giant gas station" and drove all the way here to find out they do not have a gas station. What is the point of getting gas points if you have to do all this driving to get to the gas station

Clean, reasonable prices, great customer service; however, if you decide to use customer service, be explicit as twice the assumed the wrong thing and charged me for it.

Clean and good sales. However, Ive noticed they have discontinued carrying certain products that I like. I dont visit store as often. There cakes are very good.

Always good neighborhood grocery store. They may not carry specialty items however I never had any issues with "Giants". Thank you.
