Well first they dont know how to answer their phones because we had called 3 times in the course of a few hours for various parts we needed that we had to look up on their site anyway due to no answer. Second we went for a renter tool that was missing the piece we actually needed. My boyfriend had even said he was positive it was the wrong tool. They tried convincing us it would work anyway so we tried and of course they were wrong and wasted our time not to mention by then all the other parts stores had closed so thanks for nothing guys. Jared however was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could. Matt wasnt friendly at all. And when we had come back to return the tool there were 4 people in the store all talking but no one said a word to us the whole transaction and this is exactly why we only go here as a last resort for parts because theyre close.

Went in there in a hurry tonight because the the plastic cover on the bottom of my 09 Subaru Tribeca was falling off. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped me find the right screws for piece. The one gentleman who came outside to help me was excellent but unfortunately I didnt catch his name. I will definitely be shopping in this Autozone from now on!

Although they eventually got my parts correct, I wasnt happy with having to return to the store on multiple occasions for a part they assured me was the correct one. Once I for the right part they I had to deal with a part of the assembly that was missing. I wasnt happy to say the least

Staff is pleasant to deal with and there were enough of them working that the wait is minimized despite others customers requiring time consuming part lookups. Pricing isnt as good as other online retailers but this store is local and open Sundays.

Not very professional. Its not a friendly place to go to. Theres little or none to help their customers. Its a shame because they do have good prices but very poor service
