Worst experience ive ever had. Called 15mins before closing to let the employees know that we have both headlights out with a 4 month old and a freshly neutered dog. on the phone, the guy rudely said "we close at 7 sharp so get here before then." my mom went in to find out the guy on the phone was the manager, Alan. She bought the headlights and an employee, Ed wanted to help us put the headlights in. We have no tools or any means of putting them in ourselves. Alans response to Ed was "absolutely not, we are closed." Mind you, its not even a minute past 7. They watched us struggle to figure out how we were going to put the headlights in until we headed to the wawa across the street where we will now wait 30 mins for my mothers husband to come with tools. Moral of the story, this is the WORST experience of customer service we have EVER had. We fully understand that after a long day at work, you want to go home. but for a MANAGER to not want to help out a customer in need is ridiculous. We are not from the area and Alan refused to help us. This is the first and last time we will visit ANY advance auto parts, let alone this location.

Worst customer service. I usually buy my car parts and tools online but in case of emergency I have to buy parts from local stores. As this store is closest so I use this one. Today while doing oil change on my car the filter was tight so I thought of buying the oil filter wrench from them, bought it and try to use it on my car, it almost broke the filter in half while attached to the engine as It kept slipping. I have been working on my car for some time so I knew right away that it was not a good tool. I took it back to the store ( and I hate returning tools) but this dude was so rude as if I was stealing something. I guess as a customer its my right to tell the manufacturer that the tool they are making is not good enough and in future they can make a better tool. I am not coming back to this store and would recommend to use any but this store.

I have been to this place many times over the passed two years and I have never had a bad experience. These people are extremely polite and knowledgable and I wouldnt have been able to get these jobs done without them. Thank you to everyone at AAP! Better than OReillys and Pep Boys any day of the week.

Got what I needed but store clerk wouldnt stop talking about how good he was at tuning cars. Didnt even bring it up and Im not a car guy. Just needed a battery for an experiment. I usually turn online for these things unless it is needed right away.

Helpful staff and they have most wverything you need for do it yourself work on your car or truck. And they can order almost any part you could ever need!
