My boyfriend and I went to this store to buy two truck batteries, one battery for my dump trailer, five Rain X wiper blades, and a 2 ton pull. When we walked up to the counter, the two associates behind the counter would only address my boyfriend. Even when I asked them about where I could find the pull (needed to help take some trees down) they looked right at my male counterpart to answer the question. In fact, they answered the question wrong, stating that they didnt have it. Luckily for this irritated lady, we still looked around the small store anyway and found what we were initially told wasnt carried. Walking back to the counter I asked my boyfriend not to engage with them at all to see if they would address me. I even had my debit card in hand to pay my $400+ bill. To no avail. Though they smiled at me, these guys just couldnt help but treat my boyfriend like he was their only customer. They asked him to show them where he found the item. They even asked him for his rewards card. I had to instruct them to use my rewards card for this purchase since I am the one buying these items and may need them to look up the purchase record in the future. Grow up boys, women buy car parts too. All in all, I got the parts I needed which is worth at least 2 stars. The associates were nice enough even though they dont know how to engage with their female clientele so theres another star. Walking out of the store I didnt feel offended, just irritated. So 3 stars is all this place is getting from me this time around.

When it comes to customer service, this AAP is astounding; the employees are extremely attentive, on point with everything, and very knowledgeable. For practically any car part or advice this is the go to spot. I would also like to add extra praise for Brad, he is one guy who went above to infinity and beyond infinity. Be it youre trying to hone your craft at repairing your own vehicle or just need parts to take to a shop, nothing ive ever came across beats this AAP. All the employees are great, but ask for Brad if you have a chance, you wont be disappointed.

Typical franchise. Staff is sort of knowledgeable, but best to have them get you the parts and you do your own research or ask a true mechanic.
