I wasnt going to write - but no one is picking up the "customer service" line. I ordered 3 cakes on the same day. Cake 1 (plain white with blue writing, perfect!). The 2nd one (Paw Patrol) the writing is HORRIBLE! I was told "sure, no problem all of that will fit". The day I got this one was Thursday 12/15 and it had been snowing and streets were closed, so I figured someone else did it, I did not complain. The 3rd one (Odell Beckjam Jr) I picked up today, it was not written on. Alexa took the cake and came back with the Tony 8. I should have just written this myself. The 2nd and 3rd cakes look horrible. They taste fine and the photos are fine, but if you are going to be writing on cakes, I think you need some more practice and a steady hand! All of my family thinks I need to go in and complain, but I do not really want anything. I am just not happy, but I will still shop at Safeway, just not the bakery for a long while.

Seeing as this is now the only mainstream supermarket in West Linn (other than Walmart) thanks to the Albertsons buy out, this location isnt half bad! Its clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly. Its extremely busy, but its not like there are many options for shopping. Theyve also stopped carrying their own brand of Asian Beef TV dinners that I loved. I now have to go all the way to Wilsonville to get them which is a pain. I cant mark off for that, though, so the missing star is for the business ethics involved in monopolizing the business of a town. Its annoying. For it being the only option, though, its a good store!

Checkout is a perennial bottleneck, whether the store is full or empty. Management is chintzy and slow to open additional checkout lanes. At slow times the express checkout lane is the only game in town, so the clerk takes pity on the patron with the full shopping cart, and now everyone is screwed. I shop this Safeway only for the things I cant get elsewhere. Otherwise, I dread the place for the indifferent service, exclusively at checkout. Otherwise, in terms of merchandise, deli, and ambiance, a better than average Safeway.

My experience was wildly fantastic, if a little mundane. No worries, no hassles. My only regret is not finding beer nuts, moon pies, or Newmans Own Black Bean & Corn Salsa on the shelves. Other than that I have little to complain about...oh wait...I also cant get Lawrys frozen subs, but those havent been around for a couple decades despite being one of the greatest things in life. Im inconsolable over this - cannot remotely replicate the taste and texture. Otherwise my visit today was just fine

Dont go there if you want to get anything quickly. Also they are not the best at offering assistance or pretty much any general help that you need. Usually they just stand around until you reportedly ask them to help you. But at least they have good products you can buy so that gets 3 stars. Thanks Safeway. Lasting impression.

For two days Ive tried to reach the manager (he called me first!). Either I get hung up on after the first ring, or someone puts me on hold and then hangs it up. This happened multiple times, different times of day. If you have actual business with them (i.e. not a shopper), be prepared to be ignored.

The Safeway was clean the service was quick, however the deli food was not good compared to other Safeways I have been to I usually love gettingunch at Safewaydeli but I will not be coming back to this Safeway for deli food. Just groceries.

Always unpleasant but unfortunately its the only grocery store close to me. Lines long even on quick check they dont in force 15 item limit. Items more expensive. Cashiers not friendly. Maybe because of my ethnicity

Went shopping at 8:45 on a Monday and was refused service at the deli. Apparently you cant get helped once they decide to pack things up. If your only time to shop is after the kid goes down find someplace else!

Friendly staff. Prices are great on some items, and terrible on others. Typical high-low pricing strategy of most big box grocery stores. It was very clean and well-kept though, both inside and the parking lot.

Staff member (Cashier) said I was "Sick" in front of other customers, due to the items I was purchasing ~ Organic fruit! Pretty sure cashiers at a grocery store do not hold a PHd in the medical field.

Such a beautiful store I love going here and just wandering the store for hours. Its so peaceful and relaxing. Great after a long days work.

Too many teens! Way to many kids running around the store. Skate boarding in the parking lot. I dont like going there for that reason!
