Worst Fred Meyer. I have been to 3 other Fred Meyers in the area around my home and rarely go to this one anymore. The customer service is crap. Today like any other day I had my very young puppy with me. Shes to young to regulate her body temp and cant be left alone. It has never been an issue at any of the other Fred Meyers. Today a gentleman approached me and said she needed to leave. This tiny pup has to wait in a locked car in just barely above freezing temps because she cant be in the store while I get my 6 items. Total and utter b.s. So according to him she has to be outside, where she may get to cold, risk someone reporting me for leaving her in the car or having someone steal her because shes a popular cute breed. Fred Meyers your standards have gone way down. This is horrible treatment especially in this weather. Shame on you Dan.

I was in a hurry & trying not to be crabby because my busy day wasnt going fast enough. One of my bags was put on the counter instead of in the cart & being in too much of a rush, I missed that it hadnt made it into the cart. I had purchased quite a bit of wine & food for an event I was organizing, and there were quite a few things I needed in that bag. I really could not figure out how I could find the time to go all the way back to the store. I explained to the manager (Donald) that I would find someone to go back & pick it up when he offered to bring it to the event venue for me!! I havent experienced that level of customer service in a very long time! Ill definitely be headed to this FM over other nearby stores in the future!

Lots of stuff in this store but checkout is always an adventure. Ive never been to a store where the check out clerks are all so slow and so obviously not interested in doing their job well. Its amazing to me that the quality of employee at FM drops so drastically compared to other local grocery chains. How hard would it be for one of the check out clerks to actually clean their conveyor belt just one time??? The majority of the belts are disgusting, we dont want to put our food on them and then to make matters more interesting, the clerks are usually surly and S-L-O-W. Wish Haggen or Safeway would come back to the location nearby.

I very much enjoy coming to this Fred Meyer, mainly because of its selection of fresh food - an olive bar, sandwiches, many fresh cheeses, meats, and much more. They have at least four beers on tap, and quite a large wine selection. The store is easy to access of I-5. The only thing I dont like is how the parking is laid out - most of the lots are next to entrances away from the groceries, next to the clothes and household items. The parking lot close to the produce and groceries sections, as well as the main checkouts (which, by the way, have 12 self-checkout stations!), is really small. Otherwise, its a great store.

I go to the Tualatin Fred Meyer mostly for groceries, even though it is a bit out of the way. The store is clean, well maintained, modern, and well organized. I eat primarily organic produce, and am gluten intolerant. This Fred Meyer was the first local chain grocery store to set up a well-stocked and organized organic produce section. I also shop at Whole foods and New Season markets, but the Tualatin Fred Meyer definitely has the best price for value for me.

I cannot even tell you how many times Ive gone into Fred Meyer in Tualatin and have been charged something different than it says on the shelf. NEVER in my favor. I have to constantly watch how much every purchase rings up at because chances are something will ring up wrong. Then when you say something to the management they just play dumb and apologize. Such a scam! Why doesnt someone stop them? Im sure they make a bundle robbing people.

The deli was extremely busy, yet understaffed. I was all but on ignore, waiting for your staff to regroup after a wave of people. But people, like me, were still there, waiting to b served. This is my first time at this location, and considering the horrible parking configuration, probably my last visit. Hmm, monopoly has kept me elsewhere, it b a pity if this seals a deal for me, and is a game changer.

Great selection of any form of food you could possibly desire, and fairly common staff to guide you in the correct direction if necessary. Clothing selection isnt the best, nor the worst. Shoe selection is excellent, and people willing to help with shoes are somewhat helpful and easy to find. Ive never seen anyone have major problems with the store, and feel its an okay replacement for the old "Hagen".

This is a "super Freddys" I belive and its massive. The few times Ive been here I got lost trying to find anything. I have to admit that part of the issue is me so I wont dock for that much. They have just about anything you could need and then some. Same issues that other big box stores have but its a nice option to have in the area when you need a little bit of everything.

A great store with wonderful friendly staff.. A place you can find something for your dinner, shop for groceries, clothes, and in this case a xmas tree and xmas ornaments. I believe you can find anything you need in this marvelous store. They made us the most incredible Reuben Sandwich that I would highly recommend.. Great prices and wonderful fresh produce!

I enjoy going to Fred Meyers, the fruit and vegetables seem to be a little bit fresher or less bruised than others. The store is always clean and there is such a large variety of items. I wanted to look at flash lights and camping supplies and was disappointed at the selection at Cabelas, so I stopped at Fred Meyers. More types and no empty shelves.

They have pretty much everything you want from groceries to clothing to hardware. Store brands are surprisingly good, especially for food. Decent prices, good loyalty card program offering cash back and gasoline discounts. Some of the stores even have gas stations with better than average prices. Discount program also works at Shell stations.

Great customer service. Has nearly everything. Wine department is beautiful, electronics has most of the basics, all cashiers are kind, bottle machine outdated and needs upgraded. No need to send a guy out there every 10 minutes. Other than that a great place to stop by shop, get some Peets coffee, and enjoy the deli with a friendly staff ^.^

Excellent customer service on Black Friday, which could be draining! With a smile, every employee asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Then at the checkout, Chris was a polite, funny, and very helpful cashier. Wish all establishments had employees like this Fred Meyer. Thank you for taking the stress out of shopping!

The store is clean, employees polite . There reward card program is a joke. Its been over a year and no one can find me in there system ... Frustrating...I shop the sales only at this store. Produce is hit and miss on freshness and quality for the prices. ...Sorry
