came here for 2 wheels and tpms sensor, they replaced all 3 and told me the tpms sensor would reset after I drove for awhile. put on a few hundred miles and it didnt reset. brought it back today and was told there are 2 ways to reset it, with the fob, which mine is broke, or trough a learning reset mode which my car isnt loading into. my main issue and reason for the 1 star review is that me driving until it resets was never the actual solution and I feel I was basically lied to the first time since the tech couldnt figure it out. and the second time told to bring it to Chevrolet. so I paid for a part and service that you didnt perform and all I got was a sorry we can do anything. you could of been honest the first time not wasted more of my time by having me come back and have me spend money on a service you cant peform. Update: Follow up to my story. Your regional manager and store manager contacted me. Asked me to bring it back, you would finally fix it, and refund the money for the TPMS sensor. My girlfriend took it in, and all she got was grief from your onsite worker Dalton. He not only questioned why he would be fixing it for free but questioned why you would refund the money and I had to forward your managers email to my girlfriends phone to show him. My 2 star rating stands, I wont be returning, and you should teach your employees to show some more respect towards women. He certainty didnt talk to me like that when I was there.

Nothing wrong with this store but Americas tire has gone downhill. I have bought my last five sets of tires from them and they have all worn out well before the warranty. I drive all highway and the stock tires on the car lasted well past their warranty. Certainly not Americas Tires fault that the tires wear out but they shouldnt sell tires that they know the warranty milage claim is BS. They do honor the warranty but they charge extra for their lifetime guaranty(free at Les Schwab). By the time you pay for their warranty ($16 each tire) and another mount/balance( $17 each tire) on four tires you spend another $132 just to get your tires replaced under warranty. Back to Les Schwab for me.

I cant recommend this store enough. I looked them up on the internet, verified they had the tires I wanted and the promos displayed on the web were valid in store, which can be hard to do these days. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, even considering it was the Friday before Memorial Day and I am sure they were busy most of the day. My whole trip took around an hour and some change. The best part though, I was able to snag national name-brand tires for about $150 less than Les Schwab including replacement certificates and after rebates, vs Les Schwabs no-name cheapest option. I know where Ill be going for tires from now on.

Went in for my first rotation awhile ago. When I got home I noticed 2 of the centers caps were put on wrong and 2 of my valve caps were gone. I just chalked it up to someone off there game. So I go in on the other day for my second rotation I asked the service writer if I could look at the rear brakes when they had the tires off also if they could check the air in the spare it has never been done that I know of. This time all 4 of the center caps were not aligned properly and I was missing only one valve cap this time. I didnt get to look at brakes and air in spare tire not checked. Very MEDIOCRE

Love these guys. Discount Tire has saved me thousands over the years. I live about 14 miles away from this location but I definitely do not mind the drive for the savings. Local Yamhill County shops like Tire Factory quoted me a 60% markup on tires and install, same tire, same service. Discount Tire actually beat all online pricing from the local shops as well as Tirerack, amazon, etc. I have been taking all my cars to them over the past 5-6 years and could not be happier with the service and prices. I tell everyone about them. Keep up the great work!

Discount Tire Store did a good job on my tire replacement. 2 tires, installation, and an hour wait for about $150 bucks. They couldn’t rotate my tires because of some liability issue; something about the ones I didn’t replace were over 10 years old. Seems a bit silly to me as driving with un-rotated tires seems more dangerous than just rotating them, but it’ll take me 20 minutes at home. Upside is that they were quick, competent, and I saw them bust some rust on my rims. Never been one for red tape, but I get it. C’est la vie with a chain.

Seriously just go to les schwabs. I came here with my boyfriend and he was simply getting his tires rotated and his pressure even. We waited almost two hours and people that came as much as 45 minutes after us were getting done before us!! And inside the lobby it was a whopping 60 degrees. So if you want to wait 2 hours not even for tires and wheels being installed this is your place!!!!! Oh and bring a nice coat for the lobby. And they pick favorites so dress to impress.

This place is fantastic. Theyre clear and open about their pricing and offer good warranties on their product. They also work quickly and efficiently, and to my experience have always over delivered on their promises in regards to timing. I blew a tire the day after getting it replaced and came back, they replaced it for free under the warranty. They were out if the tire I had on so they use a tire one step up for no extra charge. These guys are fantastic.

I had a great experience here today! I came in to have my truck tires balanced and rotated. The guys were able to get it done in short order and when they were done they called out my name, met me at the front door holding it open, and had my truck sitting at the curb with the door open and the truck running ready for me to get in. They handed me my paperwork and off I went. It was enjoyable to see professionals at work!

Never had a bad experience here and have purchased serveral new sets of tires from them. today I had a tire blow and was unable to afford a replacement. Instead of sending me off on a 10 year old spare they gave me two pretty decent used tires just for a promise to come back and get new tires there when I can afford them. I will be back Discount tire has always been the only place I go for tires.

Theyre big about making the sale, but not particularly about making the customer happy. My last tire purchase was for a set of tires costing almost $2k, after having them for a bit and realizing I didnt like them, I was refused any sort of credit towards a different set. Being a customer whos purchased seven sets of tires (none cheap) Id expect a little leeway, certainly not what I received.

This place is awesome. Employees there are very polite,and efficient.bought 2tires from there,and a month or two later,one of them got a nail in it,,I went back,and thought I was going to pay a fee (like Les Schwab,)and they not only fixed it but found a screw in another tire and fixed that too,and checked my brakes!!No charge! They have a customer for life!
