WOW!!! I am speechless...the best customer service I have experienced in years! I usually go to Les Schwab for all of my tire needs but I have found my new place to go. I called the store to ask how much tire repairs cost (since Les Schwab charges $12.50 for each tire unless you purchased your tires from them). Tyson Rust (the assistant manager) said they do repairs for free and to come on in anytime. I showed up about 10 minutes later and was very impressed with the "intake process". They looked at all of my tires and wrote notes about the concerns I had. I went inside and they pulled my car into an open bay for closer inspection. Tyson actually brought me out to the bay and walked me through EVERYTHING they were concerned about in terms of how my tires looked. Instead of just telling me what was wrong, they SHOWED me. They did an amazing job explaining the pros and cons for repairs and when it came to safety, they explained the issues but didnt try to scare me like other automotive businesses do. They ended up replacing 3 out of 4 tires and NEVER tried to hard-sell me on anything. Tyson provided all of the information and then let me, an adult, make my own decision. He was also VERY understanding of my budget and found solutions to make everything work. The whole staff is very professional, friendly and understanding. While waiting for my car to be finished, I observed multiple interactions with other customers and overheard phone conversations. They treated everyone the same and were very careful to explain time expectations and prices. The staff is also very transparent when it comes to prices. They actually SHOW you their computer screen as they talk to you so you can see what your options are. The facility is very clean and well-organized. They also have a coffee machine that makes delicious coffee drinks for free!! I know I am rambling but I am still blown away by their customer service. I am now an Americas Tire customer for life and will only recommend this company and this location to all of my friends and family.

My wife recieved a quote from one of the men at the desk. They did not have the tire we needed. He gave her a price if she wanted to wait for the tire to arrive there the next day. It was 50 or so for the tire and EIGHTY to mount and put tire on the car. She waited to talk to me.They did not give her a business card so when she came home she could not remember which place she had gone. She gives me a number to call, thinking it is another shop. The man does not not realize on the phone that it is the same 2013 prius c with the same flat tire. He tells me he has the tire and they can do it all for 50 dollars. We arrive at the shop in twenty minutes, as we come upon the place my wife realizes that it is the same shop. I am confused because they all of a sudden have the tire and it is a much lower price. I go in and talk to the clerks. I am speaking to the man who I talked to on the phone. He claims my phone number is not in the system so I have to retell him all of my information. Now he realizes that the tire he quoted me was a size bi8gger and could not be used. I exclaimed I knew why it could not be used and he went on to explain a half-brained uneeded explanation. I mention the confusion because of the change in prices from what they quoted my wife and the utter ignorance of the call we had minutes earlier. At this point my frustration had grown too much and I was sick of this weird scammer game goinbg on. IU went to les schwab and was helped immediately. Even though they were busy our tire was done in one hour. These guys parking lot was empty and they could not do a thing. I do not know who wrote the other reviews on this page but after my experience they have to be fake.

Ive never had a better experience buying tires. I will admit I am a difficult customer. I have been buying tires at a major online tire dealer for the last 4 years but I was suprised to find that Americas tires were price about the same without the cost of shipping. I came in and got good feedback about the tires I had looked up online, Justin helped me to stay within my budget and get the tires I needed to get on the road. I was very pleasantly surprised when I came back to pick the car up to see that they had upgraded my tires at no charge because they were out of stock on the tires I had purchased. No hassle, no wait, no upcharge. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I came because the prices were good, but next time I wont bother shopping around because service this good is worth paying for.

My oh my.... After so many poor corporate experiences in life I must write about the few great ones. I called ahead to inquire about used tires or repair due to a slow leak. I gave my name and vehicle information and was told that a new tire is probably unnecessary. When I arrived (2 hours later), the gentleman came out to greet me just by remembering my car! He said theyd do everything to avoid a tire replacement and I requested a rotation service while they had the vehicle. After eating a brief lunch he came out to greet me in the lot as I walked up again, giving me the good news.... The tire was fine and they repaired it. The tread life is good. The tires are rotated......and all....free of charge. I am sold! Ill be buying my tires here.

I had family visiting from out of town and got a flat tire on our way back to Portland, on Saturday of a holiday weekend. I stopped here without calling or checking hours, and it turned out they had closed an hour earlier. Since there were still people inside, I walked in and explained the situation and they agreed to help me anyway! They checked my tire and when it wasnt repairable they put on my spare. Saved me loads of time and effort from trying to hand change my spare with the dinky tools that come in the car. Discount tire is great to begin with, but I really appreciate how accommodating the staff at this store were when I needed it. Highly recommended!

A few weeks ago I got a flat tire. Les Schwab repaired it for free. Turns out I got what I paid for, because it went flat again two weeks later! So I decided not to buy a tire there. I went to Discount Tire because it was open when I got my second flat. They didnt have the tire in stock, but another store did. They had it brought over the next morning, and it took them about an hour to get to my car and install the new tire. It was reasonably priced. When the guy there looked at my car, he said, "When do we get to do the other three?" Hes right, they need replacing. Theyve probably earned my business for the other three soon!

The representative Cameron helped me out with a tire pressure issue that my vehicle was informing me of. He was professional and quick to check the pressures and to adjust them to the appropriate psi. He informed me of the situation and the potential costs based on what might be the issue with my tires. I left knowing what it would cost to replace my tire, knowing that my specific run-flat tire was non-reparable and with adjusted tire pressure and diagnosis at no charge to me. Overall was a pleasant and professional experience. Would recommend with high regards.
