The staff here used to be very friendly but over the past several months I have had really poor customer service experiences. No one greets incoming customers anymore. The employees stocking shelves and produce used to greet you as you passed them in the aisle, now they dont. The cashiers act like they hate their jobs...no friendly greeting or conversation..they just robotically scan my items and bag them. When I do large shopping trips, the cashier and bagger both act annoyed at the volume of items. And Im only talking about 1 cart full. The prices are good and the selection of items is good. I almost always find what Im looking for, but the staff are making me reconsider where I spend my money.

Prices are good, but the food on display was frequently dried out or rotten. Salsa containers bulged with pressure from fermentation while still on display: "50% off! Great Deal!" Also, it didnt seem like a very happy place to work and the mood was just depressing. I prefer the one up here in Vancouver by far, both for quality of produce and for atmosphere.

Not sure if Im really getting a bargain here. Some items are actually higher than the retail set price. Gotta watch labels really well, many items are almost exspired. I find myself coming less and less.

Significant healthy options. Produce isnt as good as their nonperishables. Inventory changes over time so I visit regularly to stick up on familiar items and check for new product.

the store is big and has great deals but the checkout needs an upgrade and calling over the intercom for a second cashier seriously that is so unprofessional

Friendly staff and good about staffing registers to move lines when busy. Prices great on products with a long shelf life. Produce isnt always fresh.
