I had to take the time today to type a review about your floral department and how grateful I was to come into Safeway for arrangements the day Megan and Amanda were there to help me. Amanda created two of the most beautiful fall arrangements I had ever seen and did it within 20 minutes of me making the request. I had a terrible experience with a local floral shop and had to run out quickly before a memorial service and bring the flowers. The Floral shops flowers were all the wrong colors and wilted and put in a cheap vase and cost double the price of the Safeway arrangements.... I immediately called the floral shop and told them I was returning the flowers and going elsewhere and that is when my timing changed and thankfully two wonderful experienced florists were working at Safeway in Sebastopol that day....I cant thank them enough for their courteous and friendly and accomadating service. I will be recommending that all my friends and family shop for their floral arrangements at your store from now on..... Signed a very grateful customer..... Gerrie Aldridge Sebastopol Ca.

Very poor service. I had only had one good encounter and it was related to the butcher counter. employees are inconsiderate and will try and plow through you to stock their shelves. EVERY SINGLE TIME that i go to purchase groceries, there is way too little cashiers. They need to take more priority in training more cashiers or hiring on more staff. one of the many things that set me off the most is, that the pre baked chickens. They have a marking where they can notify the customer what time the chicken had come out of the oven but none have this information filled out on them. I just bought the most dry store made chicken I have ever tasted. I have been increasingly upset with the Sebastopol Safeway with every single visit. I really do hope they read this and take initiative with the problems I have addressed.

.complete fail...3 min. trip to buy a snack turned into a ptsd triggering abusive event .. Cashier totally incompetent and abusive.. Not trained to be respectful of persons with disabilities.. Tried to turn it all around and blame me ..laughed at the fact that I was upset.. Horrible person... Horrible experience... ADA should be called and training given on how to give good caring customer service.. Instead of failing at your job and being a bully to hide it.. Wont be back... Hope the rest of the town is not like this.. My first tine here.

As soon as someone has a complaint, they get nothing but additudes. I have shopped there for awhile and have become less an less impressed. Now I would rather starve than to give Safeway, anywhere, another cent. Food Max is much better and appropriates peoples time and effort to shop their. " Happy Trails Safeway"!

Its meets the general standards and expectations for a Safeway. Smaller than average, they still provide all the specialized sections, just with fewer variety in brands in some areas. Prices slightly higher than other inner city Safeways reflect the lack of competition in this neighborhood, but not gouging.

Good variety, and a well maintained store. The store never feels deserted and always has a nice energy. After Analt High School lets out or goes to breaks there are often a lot of kids around, but they typically dont affect the store.
