Not worth it. Stick with AT&T! First off, their service is worse than Tmobile. When you are on the phone, you cant do anything BUT be on the phone. Which doesnt seem like a huge deal, UNTIL you need to use the internet while on a call, then you wish you never used sprint. We walked into the store for the promotion of getting one iPhone free. Since the other person bought their phone the day before, we didnt qualify because of the dates. So we asked Eric if there is any way we can still use the promotion, and he said yes. He said all we had to do was return the first phone, then re-buy it and buy the other one. Then the second one would be free. I told that I trust him, and we will do what he says. Before leaving I clearly asked to ensure that we wouldnt get billed more later. A month later I get my bill from sprint, and it turns out my phone was never free. Eric never returned the first phone like he said, and caused me to pay an additional $50 a month. Of course I called and nicely asked for sprint to fix the problem, and they referred me to the store saying that is the only way to fix it. Once at the store the lady agreed that Eric made a mistake and said they have to have their manager Corey look at the situation and decide what to do. They said I should know in a few days and they would call me. So I waited a few days and payed the bill that was completely false. A week and a half goes by and I still never heard from him, so I call the store and they said that they only have a regional manager who is never there and they dont know how to get me in contact with him. Hence, avoiding responsibility. Long story short, Eric messed up. The company and the store blamed each other, and nobody will take responsibility for their mistake. Instead of fixing the problem, they use deceitful tactics on customers to hit their sales goals, and avoid responsibility when they mess up. I will be going back to AT&T.

I went in there to ask how long before I could upgrade my iPhone 6 and told the girl Ive had it for 3 months and that if I couldnt upgrade that I needed a new screen protector and she put it down and then went and flirted with a couple guys while I sat there for about 45 minutes before another employee came over and asked what I was there for, then informed me that someone had "accidentally" checked me out, and then he checked me back in and I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone finally told me to come to the counter and when I got up there I was asked again what I was there for, and without even typing anything in the guy told me that I have to make 12 payments on the phone before I can upgrade so I said "ok can I get a new screen protector then?" And he said "you have to register it online and theyll send you a new one and you have to put it on." Then called the next person up. So I sat there for nearly an hour, didnt hardly get acknowledged, just to be told in 30 seconds that they couldnt do anything for me. Horrible service, and I should have been told when I first walked in the door that they couldnt do anything for me instead of wasting my time.

When we came in to buy our phones, it was a great experience. It has all been our experience after the fact. My phones Bluetooth has never worked properly. It randomly disconnects, doesnt automatically connect- I even thought it was my stereo in my car. I bought a new one so thats not it. And now my digitally downloaded music is skipping, which it never did before? The battery drains by 4 pm, despite the fact that I charge it all night. And it is so hot that I am scared it will catch fire. Sounds like a problem with the phone? But my gripe is with their service. when we went in to try and figure it out- he told me this was a "known problem" and there was nothing he could do about it. He said I should call Samsung. I asked for some direction other than just a "call samsung"- I didnt get anywhere, so we just left. I miss AT&T...

My husband and I recently went in to this location to take care of our account. We were greeted and helped by Javan. We had a lot to add and figure out with out account and Javan was there to help every step of the way. He went above and beyond in customer service for all that we needed. I could not stress enough, that if you need anything for your sprint account, that you should be coming to this store!!! The manager Sybil also was amazing in assisting us with our needs. Seriously this store helped us beyond what we could have ever imagined. Thank you for amazing customer service!!!!

Watch out for the salesmen at this store! The gentleman told me that the 20% discount they extend to my company would apply to my first statement, but when I looked at my bill, it had not been set up. I contacted customer service and was told that the paperwork for my discount had not even been submitted.. and that the best case scenario I would get it in 2-3 months. My total cost for this will be about $80. I should have gone to another carrier, and I suggest that you not bother shopping at this store.

I hate this store everything about is bad, the fat Guy is really lazy and dosent even want to help you instead gives you phone numbers to call. I bought a phone from there and got charged different things and messed my whole account and had to wait two months before it got fixed. You have been warned your better off calling sprint go to the store in Lancaster is way better! !! Worth the drive.

Very friendly sales associates and also the store manager! I have been in multiple times and always receive friendly prompt service. I recommend this store over lancaster (all very rude there) and keizer. Not many people know about this location which is sad because service is perfect!

Great experience getting my new phone, Josh walked us through step by step, answered all my questions no matter how stupid they may have been. :) he showed us accessories and explained the benifits of each, and how they may help my certain situation. Thanks for the great service.

Mariella was so kind and helpful. I was unable to bring my phone over to the sprint network and she helped me select a new phone. She was incredibly patient while my partner spoke on the phone with Sprint.
