Ugh what an awful day with them. Went in to pick up a tablet and ended up with 3 hours of frustration. Walked in to have one costumer yelling at Sprint on the phone, and was told to wait. I waited almost 10 minutes until the employee came out of of back room. Then I was told that I was NOT authorized to purchase on the account EVEN THOUGH I was on the account along with my husband. I had to call Sprint on my own because the sales rep would not, and then their phone system was not turned on when Sprint corporate tried to get in touch with them at 1 oclock in the afternoon. A simple task turned into three hours of phone calls and frustration at the end of which I had to order the tablet over the phone. I dont think they get paid on commission because they seem to care less about closing sales. Just save yourself the trouble and call in or go to Albany.

Wow where to start this sprint store so rocks I have come in to deal with just about every issue known from buying phones and switching Numbers to bill questions and tomena and her team have gone above and beyond consistently They make you. Feel good and do EVERYTHING Possible to make you happy when ith your visit I have watched as her and the staff take care of multiple customers so you dont have to wait to long all while handling each individually and handling all expediantly so your not stuck waiting I live in Dallas and Salem is closer but I would rather drive to this store ABOVE all others Kudos to to Tomena for creating such a great place to visit And thank you all in this store for fixing all my issues repeatedly and efficiently

So today I came into this Sprint store because I wanted to see what it would be like to switch over from Verizon. I only came in with a few questions to see what possibile options I had and today I am leaving with 4 brand new phones and I am still saving almost $100 a month! The store manager, Curtiss has some of the most amazing customer service and people skills I have seen at a wireless retail store. I spent over 2 hours with him and he had a positive attitude the entire time. While he was helping me he was still able to provide great customer service to other customers and other employees who had questions. Thank you Curtiss and the other guys working tonight! You were all amazing :)

Ive been a Sprint customer for a long time. I have been into the Corvallis Sprint store many times over the years to upgrade, add, take advantage of offers, etc. Each time Ive worked with different individuals who are friendly, attentive and helpful. Trips to cell stores tend to be lengthy for a variety of reasons, but I have found the wait time to be pleasant and productive. The employees there make every effort to answer questions and take care of disgruntled patrons (Ive witnessed a few over the years) with class.

The sales associate Spencer, is AMAZING! He always resolves any issues I may have in a timely manner, and exhibits exemplary customer service while doing so. He doesnt try and "over sell" you, but he does offer you things that are relevant, without being too pushy. I eneded up getting a bunch of free stuff just beacuse of an upgrade I wanted anyway, because of his clever thinking. Go see him if you have a problem, or even if you need a new phone. He will have you leavibg that store with a smile on your face!

I am super happy to have stopped by the Corvallis Sprint store. Getting a new phone is awesome on its own, but the customer service especially by store manager Tomena was exceptional! She even followed up with us the following day and we were able to get all our questions answered. I so appreciate the whole team for making the phone transferring process not only easy but fun. Highly recommended.

I need to start by saying that I am not a Sprint customer. With that being said, I visited this location to help my daughter unlock her Sprint phone. While they werent able to accommodate her, they had a solution to try at home using a laptop, and the customer service was utterly amazing. I loved how they recapped the visit and walked us to the door. Neat, clean, organized store as well.

Visited once. Extremely helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable staff. Was given the information and tools to have the best possible sprint experience. They gave me a phone number to reach Customer Care in a specific department, enabling me to skip the phone trees and hold times. Located in the parking lot behind Panda Express, in the building with a towering red corner.

The store manager Tomena solved a problem she inherited from the previous manager. It was a simple mistake but caused a complicated problem. Tomena took alot of extra time to figure out what had happened and made it right. The young men there tried but the young woman tried harder . I just want to express my appreciation for her extra effort and perseverance.

I came in as my phone wouldnt let me navigate from one place to another. No sound. The arrow would show and go but how can you keep looking at your phone while driving .yikes. Spencer changed some things and I got in my car after and the lady started to talk and tell me the directions. How wonderful. Thanks so much.

The sales reps on multiple occasions "mis spoke" to me. Im still not sure if its simply poorly informed employees or intentionally misleading customers for sales. Or both. But several things they have told me in that store has not turned out to be true and its cost me money.
