Been an AT& T customer for over 1 year. Paid all bills on time. Went to sign up for service at a 2nd location and they wanted a background check on me. Refused and told them to turn off the primary account service. They are scheduling 12 hour appointments and not showing up (happened 3 times=36 hours wasted of my time waiting for their install tech). They are continuously lying on the phone, not sending service confirmation emails are the tip off that they have no intention of showing up to scheduled appointments (leave no paper trail philosophy). At & t, heres what to expect: Fraudelent billing practices; tell you ddnt receive payment on time forcing consumer to call them whereby they want to sell other services. Scheduling appointments they have no intention of showing up to. Hazing cutomers; reniging on committments, "deals" and contracts. Throttling service; forcing consumers to speeds so slow that internet is virtually so slow its not possible to conduct business, not communicate effectively. Watch them ruin your business. Complaints to BBB & FCC go completely ignored = corrupt balance of power. Recommendations: File lawsuits, keep evidence on AT & Ts practices, get every appointment, conversation, change on account in writing, give them no warning and file civil complaints no matter how small their mistake, oversight or error. Join consumer class actions to force the govt. to change at & ts total practices and open up home internet and phone service to additional providers, to create competition to this dinosaur which is ruining american businesses by slowing speeds so slow that people begin to lose money, time and life...

The manager and sales person name Reid are a 10 on the scale of 1 to 10 unbelievable service more importantly knowledge when Ive seen it happen if I think youre seeing memo reviews of the stores people walk in there working with or waiting on somebody or working with somebody it was people just expect them to drop it now they want to pay a bill they have a box for you just put it in the box but you may want to give the bill through sales person well if theyre waiting and working with somebody else what are you going to do it as a Boxster minutes amazing if some people get upset because I want to buy battery chargers except the sales people to wait on them while they already working with somebody youre setting up phone business of the store just cant do that to me its like unfortunately its a great corporate Store will go stand in lines but if they are busy you just have to wait in line small store they have 4 to 5 salespeople plus the manager to help you sometimes you have to wait though its life or phone if theyre not busy they answer the phone and they do call you back so I dont know what thats all about but so Ive been my experience believe me if I go on the phone all the time never had a problem on saying is this is the last corporate store for CA to Oregon on highway 101 honey I hope this helps but theyre great people and my husband just your says they really are Chester and Morgan

If I have a choice of very poor I would have chosen it. This att office is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from the beginning..... the staff are unfriendly, rude, would not even acknowledge when a costumer comes in and waiting to speak to a representative to just even say someone will be with you or have you been help. I know that they are busy but at least acknowledge the costumer, instead of just look at you and say nothing and pretend that they did not see you. I was there for 15 minute and up going home so pist off

Shortly after purchasing a two year plan for three phones, I moved to an area with only roaming service. Because of that, I was forced to change servers. I was charged almost $600 in penalties for changing servers even tho I moved to one of the largest cities in my new state and it was AT&T who did not have service available. I really want to get an iphone but it is difficult to return to a company that treated me so poorly. Now they have service all over. I guess I helped finance that.

I live in Humboldt county 3 hrs. north of Lake county but have a second home in Lake county. I have never seen such lousy reception as i receive in Lake county. it has made my I phone virtually worthless when down there. I live pretty remotely in Humboldt yet have pretty good service up here. time for AT&T to add more cell towers or whatever it takes to make phone service better down there. the terrain is not as difficult as it is up here. not even close.

I have never been in a store where so much money is spent, yet the customer is treated like total crap. Employees are rude, some dress very inappropriate and they will not uphold any of their defect policies. They never answer the phone or return any calls they say they "promise" they will. How AT&T lets these people still work here, I do not know.

i have been trying to call the store all day and they will never pick up what is the point of a phone store that wont answer the phone ever!!!!!!!????? switching to version like everyone of my friends and family that seem way happer tx for helping make my decision for me the only thing that has been helpful!

It is very frustrating trying to resolve problems with AT&T. I cant get more than the happy recorded voice on the machine and therefore cant get my problem addressed. @#$@#@ $%^
