Thelonious Wines is a great addition to the Pearl neighborhood, particularly this stretch of 9th Avenue neighboring Cafe Allora (another must-try). Kelsey and Alex are perfect hosts and know a lot about wines. The two-story space is charmingly rustic, and the front window and outdoor tables are perfect for people watching while enjoying a glass, bottle, or flight of wine. They are currently pouring a delicious Patton Valley Pinot Noir for $16/glass or $35/bottle (plus $10 corkage) but there are less expensive options as well.

Went by for the first time to get a bottle of Beaujolais to try and Kelsey helped me pick out great bottle for only $13. I learned quite a bit about the kind of wine I was buying and got to sample some very dry German Riesling as an idea to try next the same night. The owners are clearly very dedicated and thoughtful and the selection shows. Service was very friendly. I will definitely be back for a wine flight!
