I went here during The Bold Italics microhood event. It was near the end of the event, so I wasnt sure if they were going to rush me out. That was not the case. The man behind the counter was so welcoming and we talked about other events happening in the neighborhood, as well as vineyards and wineries that we enjoy. I perused through their $20 section, which btw has a good variety, and found a Hoenig label that my boss always orders for our Christmas lunch at the Hayes Valley Grill. As someone who loves wine and has a budget, I think its fantastic that this place has a section like this. Im definitely coming back here to check out more of their inventory.

The customer service was very poor. He waited on another customer before me even though he saw me arrive. They did not have wine I wanted. He made no attempt to offer a suggestion or order it. DONT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
