Portalupi is my favorite Sonoma producer. Not close. Tims old world sensibility results in wines that are well integrated and have, for me, a perfect blend of fruit, minerality and acid. From the attack to the finish, no one element overwhelms and all are equally satisfying. The Japanese have an expression that translates to: The warmth of the meal is equal to the heart of the host. Well, the quality of these wines is equal to the (craft and) heart of the people at Portalupi. Go and sip.

Came in and staff here were and are friendly and knoledgable of the wines they have. I have the the chance to meet the one of the poeple that makes portalupi possible. And i got to say i was and still am impress. This place defenetly a 5* . Will defenetly bring people and come myself.

Love this place! strolling the downtown, this place caught our eye. we ended up having a great time, enjoying delicious wine and buy gift bottles for friends and family. havent been this year and am itching to visit healdburg just to see these guys

Friendly staff. Really great Pinots and one the cheapest tastings around, and of course you dont pay this if you are buying their wine. A real find!
