Retail store is fine - BUT - my experience with the on-line business is so poor, it is almost unfathomable. Too may problems to even list here. Worst experience with any on-line business I have ever had. Now, after telling my business friends, we learn this is not an isolated problem. My advice is avoid their website at all costs and if you need their fine products, go to the store in person.

Went in here to buy some stuff 15 min before closing a few months ago. I was flying to Texas the next morning and wanted gifts for my family. I Asked a black haired Asian guy with black rimmed glasses a question and he responded sarcastically about their closing time.... Absolutely atrocious customer service skills.
