I love Big 5 Sporting Goods!! I can always get what their ads offer in stock.. most places have ads and then never have in stock whats advertised... THANK YOU BIG 5 FIR NIT ONLY BEING AWESONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT CARRYING A 9FT BY 7FT TENT FOR 29.99.. ESPECIALLY DURING 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATIONS!!

We waited 20 minutes at the gun counter with employees walking by and no acknowledgement...that was costly...you lost about $500 in sales...maybe staff need to be trained to tell customers...I see you and Ill be right with you...very bad service today...

Needed a pair of winter boots. Saw them on the website; walked in, tried em on and bought em. No attempt to upsell me, either, since they were on sale at a very low price. Got a couple pairs of thermal socks, too, for 1/2 what I paid at Wally World.

Next to impossible to find an employee to help me. Even had to search the store for the cashier to have him call for assistance in footwear. Another 10+ minutes before anyone showed up. Horrible experience and I nearly walked out.
