Bought sneakers, defected! "Customer service promised free return label (one time only) but we never got the label. Instead, we got the rudest customer sales rep named Chris Gelinas when we called to inquire about our label. Just a horrible experience! He was rude, unprofessional, and followed up by harasssing us with multiple emails where he kept electronically copying and pasting companys return policy!! Stay away! My husband finally had a few choice words for him!

I bought a defective wetsuit online from them. They will not refund the money. They are saying that I tore it when I tried it on and they are willing to send me glue to fix it?!!!!! This is not the first time I have purchased or used a wetsuit. I know how to put them on and take them off. As a last resort I was forced to dispute charges via my credit card. I would stay away from this place. They do not care about the customer experience or their product quality.

I bought a $78 bike seat from these folks and was told I could return if not happy or the product was unsatisfactory. I received the seat, put it on my bike and used it one time and it was awful. I put the bike seat back in the bag & box and called for a Return Authorization and was told I couldnt return the item becaue the rails had small scuff marks from the clamp! Dont buy unless you plan on keeping the product. Try REI, they will take anything back.

They just want to sell stuff even if it doesnt fit the conditions you will train in. Walked into the store to buy hydration gear for WINTER use in MAINE. They sold me a water belt that is great for summer but froze on my run this past weekend. Its open and used so Ill have to wait an use it when it warms up.

Nice location, I personally would suggest more biking stuff
