Sorry guys, but you need to do a better job "communicating" with customers about unavailable items. They claimed to have ordered a shirt for me as a gift to a friend, but I never recieved any phone calls about my item arriving at their "fan shop". This happened to me TWICE! I will not shop at this beaver fan shop again. Im ashamed of my alma maters poor service fan shop.

My wife and I received very poor service during Christmas. At one point we had two employees ganging up on us and arguing when all we wanted was a simple adjustment. The employees here are not well trained and I would never, ever shop here again. Dont make the same mistake we did. These guys are bad news.

If you havent been to the new OSU store in downtown Portland, you need to go! I heard the live radio remote happening last Friday and swung by on my way home - AWESOME! Night and day difference from the old location. Tons of merch to choose from and I enjoyed chattin it up with the staff!

Great selection of Beaver gear and excellent service too! Enjoyed shopping at this location as well as the Corvallis location during seasonal sporting events. Will continue to shop here frequently.
