The girls here were pretty much not helpful at all plus they had some attitude, had things on marked down on a size and then not on another, which makes no sense. Pushing on the first thing I touched when I didnt even ask..started talking to me like a robot without even trying to interact with me or know what my opinion was. Dress shirt on a mannequin that makes it look horrible-geandpa style, pants up to his shoulders, who would want that? When I wanted to know more about their wall with studios, the girls were chatting so vividly with each other that I didnt dear to disturb them. Visit overall was not the greatest. I dont like being this cut and dry, but someone needs to say something.

Not sure where the "great" staff were when I went in yesterday. My brother recommended I try out some yoga pants there, so I walked in to try some on. I came in to blaring music, much like going in to a club. A well-muscled guy said, "Hi, how are you doing?" As I began to respond, he turned away and completely ignored me to follow a pretty girl that walked in. The lady at the dressing room was nice enough, but we had to shout to talk to one another, and the whole store was filled with an obnoxious perfume odor. Im not sure how yoga has anything to do with Abercrombie, but Lululemon seems to have found the connection. Yes, the pants fit great. The shopping experience, though, was awful.

Walked into Lululemon today to pick up a pair of yoga pants. They didnt have the exact ones in my size so I asked the sales associate if she could check another store. She informed me that the only store she could check was Bridgeport, but they rarely answer their phone because they are so busy. She offered to give me the number so I could check with them myself (remember, she just told me they dont answer their phone), and I asked if we could check another store. Her response, "Sorry, we dont do that for you." With premium prices and lackluster service I left shaking my head... My response, to myself, "Sorry, I dont shop here anymore!"

My wife was a Lululemon fanatic, before dealing with the Portland store. The service is horrible, and getting the staff to answer the phone during business hours is nearly impossible. I hope to convince my wife to convert to Nike or Under Armor, to avoid ever having to deal with the Portland store again. I called to confirm they had a gym bag in stock, and was quoted a price for the bag. When I drove to the store, I found out the only bag they had was damaged, and the price they gave me over the phone was incorrect. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation, and the manager does not return calls. Avoid.

Went here on a friends recommendation. Friendly staff - you need a dressing room? you need another size while in the dressing room? you need a fit opinion? Theyre on it. Good selection. Be prepared for sticker shock - its pricey. Ive spent almost $50 on a sports bra and $78 for stretchy capris, but they are also the best fitting ones Ive ever owned. Whereas, other stretchy pants gave me a muffintop and made me feel fat; Lululemons are so comfy in the waistband. Im muffintop-less and feel pretty sexy in them! I will be shopping here again and again.

I bought a yoga mat here. It was expensive, but I expect to have it for years. The salesperson was super knowledgeable, and asked me about my practice and made a recommendation based on my needs. Lululemon, is notoriously expensive, so dont expect to see a big sale rack or discounted items. Im not made of money so this visit was a splurge for me. No complaints. PS I really like how they give you your item in a reusable shopping bag at no extra cost.

The store itself is pretty small and a bit cramped, it was hard to turn around without brushing up against a rack or shelf. However, the staff here is amazingly friendly and enthusiastic. They will constantly check in on you to make sure you are doing ok, or to see if you have any questions. They also apparently have yoga here in the mornings, which is also a plus. However, as with all lululemon, the products are pretty expensive.

So happy with my experience at lululemon. Went in to the pearl location and I have never received such amazing customer service in my life. An employee named Alison was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was so genuine, attentive, and nice. So grateful for her kindness and her going out of her way to help me select amazing quality items. Thanks again Alison you are the best !!!!!

OH MY GOD! There clothes are amazing. I have always beat around the bush before and tried cheaper options. Never again. I had a problem with a pair being see through and didnt realize it until I was at the gym :( But lulu totally returned them. Make sure you bend over in the mirror when you try them on.

The yoga classes on Sundays are absolutely amazing. Each teacher they have is chosen to accommodate the class make-up individually, which was great for a beginner like me.
