Let me start off by saying I am NOT a Nike fan. I havent been since I was 12 and burned through a pair of $100 running shoes in a month, meanwhile my $40 Rebocks lasted a year. That said, the staff at this store is amazing and Im giving the company a second chance. It took my girlfriend dragging me to their weekly run to get me in the store. I love running and figured, sure, I dont have to support them and give them money, just run with a group, why not? Well, after the run and meeting the staff, I have changed my mind. The staff was honest, friendly, and no pressure to buy, they were just passionate about running. I now own some Nike clothing, and may just buy a new pair of shoes.

I definitely love Nike products, but I went to this store two times this week and both were disappointing experiences. The first time it was very busy so it took forever to get anyone to help. Many styles and sizes were out of stock. There were only men working at the womens section, which is not a problem but just a bit awkward when you want to get advice on sports bras. I thought Id give it another chance because I thought it might have to do with the busyness of the holidays. However, today I asked for advice again, someone told me she was going to help but didnt come back. I just expect more from Nike, especially as it is not a cheap brand.

My favorite brand for sporting goods. However service in this store is the worst. Went there around 7pm on weekday, not too many customers. Guys on the floor were chit-chatting and fooling around instead of helping customers. Also when Im asking whats the difference between two models of shoes I dont expect to hear "theyre basically the same". And when I needed to try different size I had to yell across the room to get someones attention. Still bought $120 shoes. Nike instead of spending millions of $ on advertisement need to spend a little on educating their staff.

Not the experience youd expect from Nike. Long waits and bad service. Nike is a premier sports brand, its not cheap, so you expect some service from their flagship store. The gear is awesome and the store is a Nike heaven, although they stock their newest and most expensive stuff - dont shop here for a deal. The downside comes when you need some help: there was way too little staff on all floors every time we visited. Theyre busy and help 10 customers at the same time, so be prepared to spend an hour if you want to try on a few items in a few sizes.

Just left your store in San Francisco at 278 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94108, had my iPhone 6 stolen from my belongings there while trying on shoes. There was NO customers anywhere around me, only a few employees. I tried to talk to the manager and he was smug and couldnt care less about his employees behavior. I repeat, there was no one ever remotely near me in the store except for a couple employees! This is outrageous that I cannot even feel safe in any of your stores. I am never even stepping foot into a Nike store again.

Im an avid runner, trail runner, mud runner and tennis player. I take my sneakers with me everywhere. They are durable, considering how much I put them through. NikeTown was amazing in helping me find a pair that fits ALL my needs. Given how busy the place can get, I was happy that the sales person that helped me out (forgot her name) and took her time. She even mentioned the Nike events they have in this location. Sadly cant attend due to work, but sigh.... I wish.

This place looks so cool! Except the Niketown in trump tower in NewYork was much bigger&better we only went their to see what it was like , by the way not that much staff there took help you! I think I must have seen 1 member of staff on the second floor but that was it! There must have been about 10 members of staff per floor at the bit where you pay which was weird (FYI- theres a huge apple store opposite the Nike store)

NikeTown is a cool place to bring people to when theyre new to the city, but I wouldnt get all my Nike goods from this over-packed joint. The service was really good in spite of the giant cluster going on in the store so I tip my hats off to the staff for managing that! For the locals, Id say to hit up the Nike store on Union in the Marina for a less crowded setting with amazing options!

Its huge, new, beautiful, great location... I gave it a 4 instead of a five because of the six floors. You can take an escalator but they guard the elevator. No real sales. We traveled here looking for some rare or unusual shoes. Nothing we could not have found elsewhere. The employees were busy but despite the crowd they were eager and ready to assist.

I do not understand the immense levels of praise this place gets from other reviewers. All those who claim this store to be huge, has never stepped into one of the sprawling showrooms they have in and around Portland / Beaverton, Oregon. The shoe selection is grossly limited. Did not even spend ten minutes here before we all walked out the door.

Must see!!!! Especially if you have teenagers that think that Nike is the best thing that happend to planet earth. They were in sports haven. They were as happy as it gets until they realized the prices. We resolved it by taking notes of their preffered ones and promissing to look for them at the outlets. Which by the way we did.

mega, geilstes shoe store where I had jeh, 5stöcke for with escalator and elevator, all of nike, what there is, exclusive and latest models and the entire history of the Air Jordan shoe on the top floor, also super nice staff, not crowded and nice eye ... I LOVE it, even a lakers player here getroffen

NikeTown has many appealing shoes ranging from different qualities. They have all the shoes you could want to use them for ranging from running, soccer, basketball, and casual. Plus i like the fact that there are so many shoes that there are at least 3 floors. NikeTown is an amazing shoe store and i highly reccomend it.

I was shopping there the other day,and everything is so different.There is a lot of things to look at. A girl with piercings on her cheeks was surprisingly delightful. She grabbed 4 shoes for me so fast,it was cool because I had somewhere to go. So, I was in and out of the store with great service
