ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have always wanted to give them my business as they are locally owned but I will never give them a dime of my money again. I had a product on hold that they put back in stock with out calling to notify me. When I called to ask why I was given a pathetic excuse and the sales guy hung up on me TWICE! The kid should be fired and taught a class on proper customer service. Locally owned but horribly ran!!
