Dont ever buy anything from their online store. I went into the store searching for a Chicago white Sox jersey and understandably they didnt have any being a Washington store. The store manager advised me to order it online from their store computer and it would ship free to my home in 5-7 business days. This was may 7th. So I did and 8 days later when I still had not received it I looked online for my order status. Still processing, estimated delivery date June 13th.... the game i needed it for and paid money to see is may 20th... So I call back and ask what can be done. I need to call back next day to talk to new manager unfortunately manager who advised me to order online "didnt know what he was doing" and was fired. I call back next day and speak with new manager. Tells me only thing she could recommend is calling customer service. So today as I sit here after getting off the phone with customer service after being on hold for 30 minutes they tell me my order for some random reason didnt get processed and the best she could do would be to expedite it and they would have to like all orders hand make the jersey then send it... being as how the game is tomorrow that obviously wont work. So I got a refund. Witch can take up to 5 days to process to my bank. So tomorrow I travel to Seattle to watch my favorite team play the one time of year I can with no jersey and down $108... I even called every just sports from Olympia to Seattle and got the same no answer with zero effort to help me about a jersey. Pretty much if you arent a fan of the teams in your state dont shop at just sports and definitely if you pay good money to go to a sporting event dont depend on just sports or their website to get you what you need in a timely manner.

Had a great experience! Came here 3 years ago and I had the worst experience! The manger was also named Greg so we had an awesome time. They are helpful and gave me the best experience! He was there to help when had I questions he answered to the best of his knowledge and was very honest! I will be coming back to buy more sports apparel!!!
