Bad customer service with no sense of responsibility. I took in a brand new $600 Bulova watch with no scratches and no dents for a simple battery replacement, and got back a scratched up watch that looks like it was pounded on. It now looks like a $50 watch thats 5 years old. Nothing like a new watch I took in. While waiting behind the counter, I heard pounding but didnt know what was going on. The manager was on vacation and nothing was done. I was told the manager will call. And that they have no tools that will cause any scratching. The fabric use didnt scratch my watch. If they believe that, I dare them to remove a brand new $1000 Bulova watch from their display case, take out the battery and see if the new watch dont scratch. I dare someone to test these people out. Seeing that I was not going to get any customer service, I asked how much it would cost me to replace the metal wrist band, but the jewler has no clue. No accountability. I would not recommend purchase jewelry here or trust Fred Meyer jeweler again. Had I known, I would have paid the extra cost to get quality service I can trust!!!!

Tidbits: Open November 4, 2016. 143,000 Sq ft with 20 tenants. (CHIPOTLE, Five Guys Burgers, etc). Gas station, parking for 768 cars and 68 bicycles. Extensive wine and cheese selection with a growler bar, wine-tasting area and Starbucks. Awesome prices on sales items!
