I love this place. Quick and entertaining. For some reason all the negative posts are all for reasons on how a legitimate pawn shop operates. So... for the guy with the tools, if they have a ton of tools they already need to get rid of, why would they want yours. The $800 computer person, check the specs, I did, then bought the computer cause it was worth $2400. The lady selling games, duh, its good business practice to not store your crap for free, whether its 5 min or 5 months, takes the same amount of time to have to reserve your space on an already full shelf and input and export your stuff on the computer. Youre not special. So after all that. Ive been coming to this shop for over a year. The staff are awesome. And when there is a problem, Nick(the manager), fixes the problem extremely fast.

I would have given it no stars if I could have. Where to start with man what a bunch of stellar class acts these guys are. First they have me waiting in line for45 minutes at 4:00 on Sunday June 26 2016. Then when I get to the counter they pretty much hurry new out the door because they wanna close. Doesnt give me wouldnt even look at my stuff to Hyde me legitimate offer. And gave me ridiculously low balling numbers on ps4. Pretty much didnt want to do theyre pathetic little jobs a trained money could do because it was closing time. Pick any one other then this sorry excuse for pawn shop. Dont waste your time trust me

Absolutely honest and amazingly knowledgeable about all items in the store. They are willing to fairly negotiate. Bought several tools from them and was warned of tools with problems and what the problems were. I will continue good business with this kick ass shop. Anyone with a bad review on this business is just a retarded shithead that has the typical diy, hater mentality that spending $5 makes you a VIP big spender. Your not. Your a cheap ass that thought youd get one over on someone and didnt.

Went in over the weekend and they were very busy but they were helping people in a timely manner. I thought the prices were very fair and was thrilled for what they gave me for a TV I brought in. I'm not sure about these other reviews but doesn't seem like the same store to me. David I believe is his name the assistant manager who helped me was very thorough in explaining the whole process, I will be definitely going back there.

Ive never had an issue with this shop. Yeah, some stuff is a tad high in price. But then again....some stuff is priced quite low. All stores-not just pawn shops-are like this. I bought one guitar for a little over $100 that on ebay is $350 used. When Ive taken stuff to pawn theyve given me great service. Ive never had them extremely low ball me. Theyve always been helpful and kind.

This is my favorite pawn shop in Portland. As long as you arent a rude arrogant asshat they treat you with respect. The only time Ive ever seen the staff be rude is when a customer acts like they should be kissing the ground they walk on and when customers act like they should be getting top dollar for trash. This place has always done me right and Ive never had any problems with them.

The employees are rude, especially the lady. I brought in three games to pawn for a loan for my boyfriend then came back 5 minutes later because my brother was going to buy them and they were going to make use pay the $7 for a finance charge, storage fee and loan processing fee. I could see the processing fee as valid but not the others.

Everytime i come into the store everyone is very friendly and polite and they always tried to give me close to what i ask for when i pawn.i recommend a family member here and they gave her more then any other place wanted to and they are just always very nice and helpful i will keep coming back to them and recommed them to anyone

I walk in, not spend a second and I was out, I was trying to sell some tools they say, we are not buying that brand, my tools were brandnew skill tools. I paid $150 a month ago. I was asking $25. left my tools in my car went back to see they stuff, junk over priced junk, I sold my tool 3 hours later on craigslist for $60

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Im surprised there are so few great reviews, every time my fiancé or I have gone in to pawn something we get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and loans higher than any other pawn shop would offer. I drive an hour and a half round trip out of my way just to go to this place. Check them out for yourself.

terrible service all the have is junk and high prices. I brought in an expensive Elgin watch and they had no idea what it was and wasnt interested in checking out any information on it. they lack knowledge on what anything of value is. dont waste your time with this place they know nothing and carry junk!

USA Pawn is awesome. They are always fair and I never have to wait around. they have a decent selection of electronics at fair prices. as a matter of fact I think I will go over right now and get a couple of movies. why pay 20 dollars for a movie when I can go to usa pawn and pay 2.

I live close to USA pawn. and I love that place. they are fast and friendly whenever I go in there. And another good thing about USA Pawn is they have a lay away plan, A great option for a mother of six. And there store is clean unlike any other pawn shop Ive ever been in before.

Horrible place.. They are rude.. Manager thinks hes tuff stuff for no reason.. They question your items if they are yours or not.. They low ball you on your items and they are just plain unprofessional.. Its all suppost to be customer service and making money!!!

Prices were ridiculous, I could buy most of what was there brand new for less. And they tried to low ball the hell out of me when I was selling. The employees seemed nice enough but do yourself a favor and dont waste your time.

They left me on hold for 20 minutes why I asked for a 2 day extension. By that time I was able to pawn my gun at Silver Lining and had the money to pay USA pawn. Slow Slow Slow and no help at all. No thanks.
