This is a bit of hub on the edge of two small towns. There is a Safeway, BiMart and a Dollar Store as well as a few food places a gas station, car wash and Oil Can Henry. There is also an Urgent care center, optometrist, dentist and other personal service oriented shops. This is not a place to stroll around for window shopping as there is very little over head cover. It is located near the Habitat for humanity and the new Oregon State Credit Union Central Office. It is on the way out of town to the Ocean.

Love their Dollar Stores, and, found their Urgent Care to be excellent. The Safeway is clean, organized, and, has so bargains, if you look for them- love the canned Alberta Freestone Peaches.

I use this shopping center daily and it is really nice to have all the things I need nearby. The best part is also have an urgent care center handy when going to the doctor is not feasible.

Close to home. Has everything we need for our day-to-day: Ssfeway, Bimart, Schesuan chinese, a beauty school, urgent care, our credit union is across the strèet, and so much more...

Nice and clean little shopping area. The safeway here is so much better than the one in downtown Corvallis. Feels like a clean and safe place, instead of downtowns sketch parade.

A lot of parking, and they will salt the sidewalks when it is icy! Other than Safeway, it isnt a "destination" shopping center, but it does have a good amount of useful shops.

Great location, serving southwest Corvallis and Philomath. Has large/clean parking lot; is pretty accessible, and a nice variety of stores.

Easy in and easy out. Plenty of parking. Lots of shops. Most of the basics can be found here. No bustle of the Depot/Costco scene.
