I love cold stone but this place is not up to par! I went in today to get a quart and the young man preparing it was rude, didnt know the ingredients (so he argued with me), and spilled ice cream all on the outside of it so it was sticky. I will not be going back to this location!

If you tip them, they CANT sing! i tip them more here. I dont have to ask them not to sing! The real reason they get 4 stars is because I am a huge fan of the Cake Batter ice cream. Birthday Cake Remix is my combo of choice.

Restaurant was dirty, HUGE fly all over the cones. Unfriendly staff. Ice cream was not mixed well. I got the founders favorite. Mire like brownie Sunday. Gross. Very disappointed. I wont return!.

The scooper with the braces (younger woman with light brown hair) has great customer service. Chill, no nonsense ice cream serving. Ice cream itself isnt the most delicious though.
