My boyfriend and I went in to get ice cream and he got the "mine" size and ordered some kind of cake ice cream, this girl with dark brown hair scooped the ice cream then proceeded to mix it so much it was like a milkshake- then dumped it into the cup, not filling it all the way and then getting the sticky ice cream all over the sides. One of the other employees made mine perfectly! We went back a few days later and this time my boyfriend worked with another employee getting the same size and it was great! I had the assistance of the same girl and the cup, the "love it" size wasnt full all the way and soupy because it was mixed so thoroughly. On top of these interactions, her attitude has been terrible and she acts like she hates her job. Well be asking for assistance from one of the other employees from now on.

Went in specifically because we had a buy one get on coupon. They would not take my coupon and was rude about it. I tried to show her an e-mail that said it was a corrected offer ans it had there store listed on the bottom. Instead of listning to me she blew me off. Even ifbshe was not able to accept the coupon her attitude about it was rude. They were also rude when we said we did not want thr ice cream as it was double what i had expected to pay. I understand mistake coupons can happen but a sign would have been nice as it was obvious i was not the first person to have this issue today. I would not have been so upset had they been nice about the situation. I understand the Customer is not always right and this situatuon may have been stressful but i felt the way the employess acted was unprofessional.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Girl in the evening had so much attitude I got irritated and didnt even get to order what I wanted. I walked up to the counter and was greeted then I felt SO rushed because she kept asking and I was trying to decide what I wanted. I even told the people behind me to go ahead because I was still deciding. She kept rolling her eyes. Dont work in customer service if youre going to have an attitude when customers arent sure of what they want.

Upon entering this magnanimous establishment. I was immediatly enlightened with supreme, inexplainable, joy as i was greeted with open arms by the Cold Stone staff. As a regular patron of Cold stone, thus store has always surpassed my expectations when it comes to creamy, delicious, goodness. Thank you Cold Stone for making this miserable planet a better place. and one more thing. For all the haters putting up bad reviews, go vacation to Syria this place rocks!

This is such good ice cream, their cookies and cream is the best of all and I highly recommend coming here. The seating area isnt all that good though. Its really cramped inside. But its better if you order and go to your car to enjoy the food. Its in a prime location too and its especially packed crowding on a Friday night. They can mix in just about anything with the ice cream which makes it stand out from other places like Baskin Robbins.

Sparkle Shine

This was very disappointing because it was a winter day and I asked for cotton candy with white chocolate chips. I am waiting for my order and when I get it it is melted and gooey. It was like a soup. And the thing was my friend had ordered chocolate mixed with vanilla and hers was perfect and if mine were like that I would have rated this place five stars but NOPE. I will DEFINATLY NOT be coming back.

Today I experienced the worst service ever. They took almost 40 minutes to make 4 small drinks that we have ordered, and for some reason only had 1 person on the job. Then they messed up our order and we had to basically do 1 drink all over again.

Good ice cream, crappy service. Put a tip in and was talking as I was looking down, and the lady just walked away without saying thank you. Wanted to reach back in and take it out. Wont be going back here.
