Everything about my experience there was very great abd very professional however, both my boyfriend and I got MRSA from their needles. If you go there make sure the needles they use are from clean packets, and make sure you have no allergies to the ink either because they recently switched to a new brand of ink. The quality of the tattoo was great though and I have had it for over a year and no color has faded. The detail is wonderful. The service was exceptional I had the whole half half sleeve done in two and a half hours. It was not painful at all. I enjoyed my experience. If I was not worried about getting MRSA again I would go back. I do get all my piercings there and have never had any trouble as far as that goes. I have gotten six piercings from their and they are great for that. They are friendly and very good at what they do.

I got this tattoo as a memorial for my dad that passed away who also had a lion head tattoo on his back. Ive known Travis at Downtown for a while now but this is the first time hes tatted me but he gave me something I can definitely be proud of! Brian Smith also did a cover up of a basic feather that on my ribs a few years ago and turned it into a masterpiece quill. Extremely satisfied with both experiences and Ill definitely be back!

I went in today to get my cartilage piercing switched out and the owner was fantastic. He helped me find a more suitable and comfortable earring and answered any question I had. He was extremely patient with me, even when we were having issues getting the small ball in. I will definitely come back for my next piercing.

Terrible experience. They messed up my very simple tattoo. They gave it to me for free, and Brian smith gave me his number to talk about getting it covered for free, so I texted him and he read it and never texted me back. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anybody. Will never go back.

ive gotten all 4 of my tattoos done here everyone here has been great except Travis he completely messed up my tattoo even though he had the exact picture of what i wanted in front of him, and others have told me he over charges too. so my advice is get an appointment with anyone but him
