Rude ppl period. I walked in hoping to be approached in a kindly manner had my teenage daughter with me for a piecing in her ear with proper paperwork. But with the uncomfortable feeling and the way they talk as a customer in would feel as they would treat me and anyone else with respect and kindness as I was about to chose them to Pierce. You daughter and get some ink myself. I just walked out. Customer service and good attitudes and making ppl feel comfortable is what Im looking for when making a decision on having artwork done. Even my daughter was very uncomfortable and rather not get it done at all. I found Enigma 5 stars and got everything I was looking for fun, personable, comfortable as soon as I walked in. Remember we are the customers step up on the customer service and dont act like we are just another number and cash in your pocket. After reading now Im thankful I went with my gut. Waited. The place was not very clean. To my expectations at least. Ive seen many tattoo shops. Worse place Ive been to. If Enigma wasnt available in would have drove down to St. Pete to my other guys down as they reach all my simple expectations. Im not picky. But I want to be treated like a human being and be comfortable. And in a clean place and make it a fun experience. Especially that day for my daughter. Remember ppl you get what YOU ARE PAYING FOR.

Beth can do watercolor technique tattoos & mine turned out AMAZING! I highly recommend it if youre going for a water color tattoo! <3 <3 <3 The rest of the staff is so funny & welcoming too! I also witnessed Thomas & Biggies work & it was really beautiful. This is my favorite tattoo shop by FAR. Ill be returning for ALL of my tattoos or piercings from now on, no matter what!

I am giving this place one star because a good buddy of mine walk in there one day and got scared from one of the artists very bad . The place was highly recommended after seeing this I do not recommend this place to anyone of my friends he was so embarrassed of the tattoo that he tried to cover it with a big watch it was on his wrist and hand

Wouldnt give it any stars went to get my lip periced for snake bite and they were so uneven I went to other tattoo places to see what they thought and they even said it was not done right . So I had to take one out...It sucks when u pay money to get something u want and it cant even be done the right way.

I wasnt able to get my lips pierced but they were so nice about it and respectful so if they are mean your imagining it so stop lying their awesome and overall amazing easy place to get to and piercings are on display and they answer questions

I had a tattoo done at their Spring Hill Location over 1 1/2 years ago. The artist messed it up and i talked to the owner and showed him the tattoo. He said he would take care of it.. Never did hear back.
