Terrible customer service. It was one of those type of stores that gave you the feel that you were interrupting their day. Maybe Red Wing Shoes were something back in the day or if you drop 150-300 they might get you a good pair. My jobs requiring RW shoes, and they fell apart in less than a year, one guys shoes scrubbed his ankle, he even put cash with the company voucher and they were still terrible. And the return policy is horrible. My pair I bought hurt my feet in 2-3 weeks time. Bought some Walmart Steel Toes at a third of the cost, never looked back. Sad thing is its the companys dime. But still poor quality, horrible customer service, overrated is all you will get from this store. My shoe vouchers between 150-300 btw.

Red Wings are incredible shoes, but even more wonderful to me is that they carry wide sizes regularly. My work shoes are a five minute process to walk in, have them pull up my account, and grab me a new pair. With my work discount they are also essentially free, which is a big plus. I get a new pair every year, and its impressive that any shoe even lasts a year considering the amount of stoddard and isopropyl I manage to get on them as well as walking nearly 20,000 steps in an average work day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed womans steel toed boots, which can be a pain to find in my size. The man working there directed me to clearance shoes and never pressured me into a more expensive shoe. He even fixed up the inside with inserts to fit more snug on my feet since they didnt have half a size smaller. Very quick and simple interaction :) four stars because while they do have options for women, its a very small selection.

FANTASTIC customer service! Service after the sale is important to me and this team has it in spades. I had foot surgery and they helped me with new boots. They even stretched my old ones! Assistance with my insoles. Replaces laces that are bad. Repairs. Product warranty fulfillment. They are amazing. I have purchased 5 pairs of boots from this store. I will only shop here for work boots. Keep up the good work guys!

The guys at this store are used to shoeing working men (guys doing construction and other on-foot labor). They can be gruff but if you go in with an idea of what youre looking for and intend to make a purchase the experience will be a positive one. My boots fit great and I think they are a good value for the money. Ill likely go back for other foot ware and care supplies in the future.

terrible customer service!!!!! The fat old guy was rude.Ordered the wrong pair of shoes he threatened me threw a boot at me . very rude very expensive called the manger and his response was the employees can do as they want and the customer is wrong well guess what i will call the bbb and report you and you stole my SOCKS

I had a great experience. Worked with Dominic. Very knowledgeable and he found a great solution matching all the criteria I wanted in a work boot. After purchase he offered to waterproof the boots free of charge. Great service will absolutely continue to bring my business here.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The "owner" cut me off in the middle of a sentence, both employees are impatient and rude. This store makes redwing look like garbage. And they didnt honor and sort of warranty. Absolutely terrible store.
