Shoes with service and more. I have always had difficulty finding shoes that fit right and the shoe horn consistently provides me first class service while finding exactly the shoes I want in exactly the size I need. They have a wide selection of shoes in all varieties, whether they are athletic shoes, dress shoes or work shoes. They carry a variety of widths and hard to find sizes and they will do an ace job sizing and fitting you. Prices are about what you would expect for quality shoes, and they often run sales and offer coupons. I used to always get my shoes at Lucky Shoes, but the folks at the shoe horn have won me over!

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to look at shoes. In a 5 minute conversation, the salesman made no less than 3 comments about my weight, two of which had nothing to do with shoes. Im a bigger guy, but not huge. It was rude, and I was taken aback by how casually he did it...almost like he didnt realize he was being so insulting. I have no interest in buying footwear from a salesman who needs to put one in his mouth.

I have been trying to get diabetic shoes from this company. Its the provider with my insurance company ANTHEM. I have been getting the run around and in addition, they say they will call me, but the call never comes. I got the feeling they could care less about customer service. If, in the event my complaint is resolved in a professional manner, I will certainly come back and update this rating accordingly.

Dont go to minimum wage city department stores! Come here!! They will properly measure your foot. They also give me supports for my planters fascitis( I think I spelled that right). My foot freaking hurt all my life till I went to this place and got the proper recommendations on shoes and supports for those shoes. This place is well worth the $$ u spend here!

Ive been a long time patron due to their excellent customer service and vast line of footwear products. Recently they fitted me with special orthotics that have made a world of difference with a lingering foot problem I have. They took the time to get the job done right.
