I went into the store originally for a pair of cleats for rugby. Im a college student. I approach one of the workers in the store and ask her if they have any. She tells me she didnt think so and said that they might be in the back of the store and she began to walk towards the back of the store so I follow her thinking she is going to take me to where they might be, instead she turns around and looks at me with a look that says "why are you following me" and walks back to the front of the store. She was short, had long wavy dark hair, heavy set with little legs and drawn on eyebrows. Her and her manager Amanda treated me as though they didnt want me in the store. Did not offer assistance but when I try to leave the store she starts chatting with me at the door, offering me socks on sale, basically trying to keep me in the store until the manager came back up front and accused me of stealing a size 10 pumas shoe. I tell them I dont have the shoe but shes like "Im going to roll the tapes back" I told her to go ahead. I open my purse so they could see inside it. Then shes like if you didnt steal it, you can leave" I called their "corporate" number which was a joke. I was told they were going to call me back with an apology but they never did. So this is the next thing. I still will shop at a famous footwear just never that one. I work in the plaza and that was the only reason I went there in the first place. Im 22, African American but I cant even say its a race or age discriminatory issue because my friends mother who is late 40s and Caucasian went in there to return a shoe she purchased from them and said she was treated as a "common criminal" and as though she stole it. She went to another famous footwear with no problem. So they are just rude at that location and will never get my business.

Very limited selection as far as high end options but if you need something for the next few months, then this location is a fine choice BUT the management and staff can be very antisocial and unhelpful.

I went to the store monday 5/29/17 n the black coworker was so rude . She thinks she is better then anyone else but she isnt better then anyone .. take a look in the mirror ok .
