I have bought a pair of Super feet inserts for myself for a bad heel. Ive had them for a few years. I have a friend who is an older gentleman. He has severe Plantar Faciatis (sp)? He has had it for years and has spent hundreds of dollars on inserts and shoes. I told him about my inserts and that were werent that expensive. I took one out of my shoe and I hit it against a metal pole we were standing next to. He was very sceptical but asked me to pick him up a set. I brought them to work (which has concrete floors and we have been there for many years.) So i gave them to him on my way out (we work opposite shifts.) when i came in 12 hrs later he came up go me practically dancing. Well he wants another set for his casual shoes. Oh yeah...he's down to two pair of shoes =o)

They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prone to pronation? They will identify the issue and suggest multiple shoes that address the problem. Same with arches, wide or narrow feet (or specific parts of your feet). Are you a runner, walker, hiker, etc? They will give you choices and let which shoe you feel most comfortable in. My wife an I have had excellent experiences here and have been very pleased with the shoes we purchased.

Great running store. Of course, they have all of the typical selections that you would expect, but they also have the added benefit of doing various events and providing running groups. I highly recommend checking them out! Plus, they are an Ohio/local business, which is always a plus.

Ive never met someone who knows as much about running shoes as Chase. He was incredibly attentive and really took his time to make sure that I selected the best shoes for my feet. Would recommend Vertical Runner to everyone, from the jogger to the hard core runner.

gentlemen at the register tried to sell me shoes I did not want, and when I got back home I had two different shoe sizes. I drove all the way back out (30 min) to switch shoes, all I lgot from him was attitude not gratitude. I would say it is not worth the drive

Vertical Runner is the place to go for the best running/workout shoes. They will fit you the way it used to be done in full service shoe stores. I wouldnt go anywhere else for quality athletic shoes. I would recommend them most highly.
