I will start by saying- that I have NEVER in my life been so embarrassed or ashamed of a floral arrangement sent to a grieving colleague. I ordered a beautiful arrangement of sunflowers to be sent to the receiving/viewing of a colleagues father. They were supposed to be warm, inviting and hopefully add some happiness to an otherwise sad event. When I arrived last night at the viewing, I was curious to see how beautiful the flowers were. What I saw, was so shameful, I wanted to remove the card so that our colleague didnt know they had been sent from us. After calling the florist this morning and making her aware of how disappointed I was in the floral arrangement that they provided, not only was she RUDE to me on the phone (much like when I was ordering the flowers) but she changed her story up at first saying that she had personally made the arrangement, and then she blamed the new girl for the terribly ugly and screwed up arrangement. She said she would make note of it and adjust the bill accordingly (which I NEVER even received a copy of), to which I told her to send the nicest, biggest, and most expensive arrangement over to my colleagues house at no charge to us. We will see if this even happens. I also called FTD (the bouquet that I ordered was one of theirs) and asked FTD to remove this vendor from their company. This vendor is giving FTD a bad name, and having ordered through them directly before, I dont want to hinder their business at all. The woman at FTD assured me that they would be looking into this matter. Save your money and your embarrassment and use a different florist. I wish I would have checked their reviews before calling them. I would never be in the position I am now, fuming and furious, if I had thought ahead. (Shame on me!)

Ordered Valentines Day flowers around the 1st. Man on the phone informed me they were not normally open on Sunday but that they would be open until 5 p.m. that day anyway. I confirmed this with him twice and even made a point to say I would be picking them up between 2 and 4. Showed up at 2:05 p.m. to pick them up only to find a nice sign on the day saying that they were closing at 2 p.m. on Valentines Day. Lights were all off, doors locked, no one answered phones, only 5 minutes after they said they were closing. I can understand if you decide to change your closing time but please for the love of god inform your customers. That type of customer service is bullshit and I ended up going to Flowerama down the street and finding a nice arrangement for the same price. Glad that I decided not to prepay for these and I will for sure never be choosing this business again.

I ordered flowers for a friend, the morning I wanted them sent. The flowers were sent in an appropriate amount of time. However, I received a voicemail from a man stating they did not have what I had ordered so they were going to put carnations in the arrangement. I did not want carnations, or I would have ordered them...so I call back 35 min later. planning on ordering something different. The woman on the phone stated she had been notified I had already agreed to the change in the order and the flowers were on their way to be delivered. She assured me they were beautiful. NOT THE CASE!!! I had ordered the Secret Garden basket. It did not look at all to what I had ordered nor was it beautiful. I was sent a picture of the basket and I was shocked how unprofessional they looked. I am very disappointed and will never be ordering from Westerville Florist again.

Avoid this florist at all costs. They delivered the most embarrassing arrangement I have ever seen. Moreover, the card was written in crooked script and was missing letters. It looked as if a drunkard had completed the arrangement, written the card, and drove sloppily to the location all within 15 minutes. Also, when you call to complain, the fine gentleman on the line will be completely arrogant and ridiculous, without any sympathy or answers for his terrible work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had a great experience with this florist for 2 different occasions. Most recently, I called and spoke to the owner about an arrangement for a viewing 2 days away. He was more than helpful and accommodating to my budget. I gave him my budget and when I saw the flowers I was more than happy with them. They were fresh, healthy and the size of the arrangement was bigger than I expected. Will definitely use this florist again!

Okay so I order flowers for my girlfriend to her work. They showed up at the proper time and the flowers looked pretty. Far from what I ordered, but still looked good. I understand that sometimes things need to be substituted due to various circumstances, but I would have like to been notified that they were gonna be so much different than I expected.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a flower arrangement for a birthday for 80.00 and it died in 4 days. I went back in to them and they would not do anything stating that the flowers die. I understand thats but in 4 days. Wouldnt replace or help in any way. I will never go there again

Very disappointed. Ordered online, later was called and told arrangement from their site was not available. Ordered an arrangement that was just as expensive as the first, but looked like it came from Walmart. At least Walmart wouldnt have charged me so much. Very disappointed!!!

Flowers are beautiful and excellent service! I needed them to be delivered before noon and they were received before that time. They were for my daughters birthday and she was blown away! I highly recommend them and would order again. Thank you for making her day special!

Dont shop here! The arrangement sent was lacking in fullness and mediocre quality. I dont know how these people stay in business delivering such puny arrangements. This was a waste of my money and I am very disappointed!
