I used Flowerama because I read great things from selecting Local shops versus the bigger corporations and e-delivery sites. I placed an order for same-day delivery. I specifically asked to deliver no later than 4pm as recipient will be gone. Who are you delivering it to if that person is no longer there? I called flower shop at 4:15pm to ask if it was delivered. Of course only when I called, my order "is going out right now". Funny, they always say that. 45 mins later, now 5pm & EOB, still no delivery. Shop is 12 mins away from the business. If you cant do same-day & deliver timely, please dont advertise it. $125 plus meaningful surprise experience for someone is wasted. I wish I had a nice experience like everyone else but we will not use them again. I even opted out a better deal (when delivered next day) to specifically do same-day delivery. Might as well had done next day. Hopefully Flowerama will take this review into consideration to ensure something like this doesnt happen in the future with other customers.

My son ,bless his heart, knew I had a bad day and he was I Vegas on a business trip. He sent me the Sapphire Skies bouquet to brighten up my day. They were gorgeous . Unfortunately though after making sure I followed the directions every day I waited two weeks and not one single rose opened up. After all the others opened and died the roses just bent over and never opened. Not one and a few of the carnations did not open either. What shame. It was so beautiful and so sweet of my son to do that only to have this happen. I took a picture that I am sending. They were too expensive to have that happen .

I called from out of state in the late afternoon on my mothers birthday! Anna took my call and was able to have a beautiful floral arrangement delivered within the hour. They even called me back to confirm that the delivery had been made. I was thrilled, my mother was thrilled, everyone was happy!!! The service was professional, the fresh floral design was impressive, the quality and value exceeded my expectations. I will definitely make this my florist and would highly recommend their services to others! Thank you thank you

This location has the best customer service. As soon as I walked in a young lady approached me and asked if she could help in any way. I purchased two pre-made arrangements and as I was checking out the ladies put them in a travel box without asking. In addition, I found a small ballon at the register that said Happy Mothers Day. I asked if they had anymore and they we so kind to search the store for another one! I cannot wait for my sister and mom to see thier flowers today :)

One of my favorite flower shops. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful every time Ive gone in. I think their carnations are reasonably priced and I like their selection of colors. Its great to buy gifts here because they also sell Cheryls cookies. I come here when I want flowers to brighten up my desk or when I need to buy a gift for a friend.

Great store and service. I had a last minute emergency (actually, it was lack of planning) and they brought a can-do attitude into the mix and solved my problem. They are reasonably priced as well, very nice to deal with. Theyre my flower store from now on.
