On the evening of June 10th, I went toConner Park. Let me tell you how impressed I was with the customer service.Unfortunately, we were there picking out arrangements for my Aunts funeral.By the time we left, we had ordered a casket spray, 2 large standing arrangements,and 3 vase arrangements. Of course, my Aunt was special, so every arrangementwas custom. We left that evening at 6:30, well beyond closing time. Wecouldnt ask for better customer service. The lady listened to our everywhim with compassion, gave us time when we needed to mourn, and helpedus make some difficult decisions. All of this time, she knew that the flowershad to be delivered by 11 AM the next day. Im sure as she hugged eachof us and gave her condolences, she was shaking in her boots. It was avery tall order. When we got to the funeral home early the next day, theflowers were being delivered. They were perfect. Every detail was exactlyhow we wanted. Im so sorry I didnt catch the Ladys name. But, I cantell you that because of her and the job that Conner Park did, I will continueto use them whenever I need flowers in your area. Thank you so much for making a verydifficult time a little easier. Also, for making each arrangement specialto each one of us.

Oh My Gosh!!! There are no word to express my gratitude and to thank you enough. You went over and beyond taking the time to help me find the perfect arrangement for my childrens grandfathers funeral. The arrangement was for my exs father. It was very hard to see my children go through so much pain and not being able to be there for them was heart breaking. Although I was not there with them seeing this arrangement from me there filled their hearts with so much joy. They both were sending me messages telling me thank you and how incredible beautiful they were. My son sent me a picturing thanking me and they were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I thank you with all of my heart for going over and beyond. Thank you For not only taking the time with me but for making them more incredible than I imagined possible. It is amazing how something such as a flower can mean so much!! You filled all of their hearts at such a sad time.

Conner Park Florist has been wonderful. I have ordered flowers last minute and they had them there that same day. They have been able to meet my needs across the country from Connecticut to Washington, DC to Massachusetts. Their website is easy to navigate and has a plethora of arrangements for every occasion. Even though I live in DC, I have found my new florist in Conner Park Florist. I just needed flowers for a friend who had surgery in DC. I placed the order and then an hour later needed flowers delivered to my brother & sister-in-law at the hospital because they just had their baby. I contacted Conner Park Florist and asked them if they could fulfill another flower order for me. Without hesitation they were able to send two flower arrangements in two different states within 24 hours. For the flowers that were sent to my brother, Connor Park Florist was able to send the exact flowers I describe to them.

We recently utilized Conner Park to prepare and deliver a funeral arrangement for my uncles memorial. Although I had grown up in the old neighborhood of the original shop I had not used their services in probably 35 years. I used another relatively well-known florist over those years but decided to give Conner Park a try. The gentleman on the the phone was especially helpful and when I attended the service I couldnt have been more pleased with the result. The arrangement looked every bit as beautiful as it did on their website. We used Conner Park for our wedding and were overall very happy with the experience. Their flowers are high quality and fairly priced. We loved the bridal party flowers and they delivered exactly what we asked for even though it was rather unique. Im disappointed to say our centerpiece delivery was not the same as the demo we received based on our requests but they were still beautiful and Connie explained it was a one-time error that she obviously felt bad about it.

Solid local family business. I dont live in Michigan anymore but I still use them for all my business and family needs. Everytime one of my colleagues has a child or some other monumental occassion in life, I get on the website or call them up for an arrangement. I have always been satisfied and when I am not sure what I want I know I can get some creative suggestions. Great product, excellent service and even better people.

THE BEST wedding flowers EVER from Conner Park Florist!! We were married in Chicago, IL over the summer and Conner Park did our beautiful flowers. They were amazing to work with and were able to take my vision of my dream wedding and turn it into reality. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flowers for their wedding!!
