I had a very special occasion and could not risk the order or the delivery being messed up. I made it more complicated by requesting a specific arrangement and asking that they receive and print an email document from me that had a fairly long message to accompany the flower arrangement. The staffs answer when I asked for the special favors was, "thats not a problem. thats not a problem. thats not a problem." Not only did they complete the order accurately but I received a very nice email stating that they would take care of everything and not to worry. I also received a call from the delivery person confirming that the flowers were delivered. The most important thing? The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend this organization. They helped me make somebody very special very happy.

I wanted to thank someone special with flowers and cookies recently and the first place I found was Flowerama Columbus. I wish I would have found something else. #1... The dozen red roses and Cheryls cookies were delivered to my girlfriends work in a large cardboard box. Thats how they handed them to her... in a cardboard box. Super classy. The cookies were frozen solid and had to sit out forever to be able to take a bite. When I called to tell them about the frozen cookies I got nothing more than a sorry "we must not have put any out to thaw"... OK. Finally, if Im nitpicking, the stems on the roses seemed super long. The roses were practically falling out of the vase. I mean... Im obviously not a florist, but the bouquet looked like crap. Ill call another florist next time.

This business is flawed inside and out, the business does not sell quality flowers and are often returned due to poor flower sources. Another unknown fact, is that flowerama, particularly the morse road location, does not pay their employees on time using a typical bi-weekly schedule. They often get around this by paying employees partially in cash, not reporting taxes, and often underpaying them as they do not have a standard book keeping process. Their hour entry is a pencil and a piece of paper handled by the manager with no copies given to employees. As well as they are not following the legally mandated Ohio minimum wage of 8.15 enacted on January 1st, 2017. Stay away for both prospective employees and customers.

I do not usually do this, but I was so impressed with the service that I wanted to share it. I needed to use a florist in the Columbus area to send an afghan to the funeral home. (Our local florist do not handle afghans out of the area and told me they would be a lot higher in cost) After some research I found this florist, and the reviews were good so I chose them. What a great choice. Not only was the item delivered quickly, they called to let me know it was there. The family receiving it said " it was beautiful the way they had it displayed". I would not hesitate to use them again. The cost was the same as our rural florist. Thank you Flowerama!

I went looking for a last minute arrangement for a monument. The young ladies were trying to be helpful, but there was no manager who could make an arrangement or help in any way. This was unfortunate because I am from out of town and I was ready to buy or order something on the spot. As a service business such as florists I would think they would be fully staffed in preparation for every holiday. I lost time stopping there and their managers lost my business. I gave three stars only because the available staff tried so hard to reach a manager to help me. Those ladies need a support system.

This place is wonderful!! I live out of state and order flowers for my sister who works in Columbus. Within minuets of placing my order online I received a confirmation email. I hoped the arrangement would make it to her before end of day because I didnt pay the extra to guarantee it would be there by a certain time. Talk about total shocker to find out the flowers were delivered under two hours!!! Plus the delivery guy called me to let me know the flowers had been delivered!! WHAT?!? Was not excepting that! THIS PLACE IS GREAT!! Will defiantly be using them again!!

Wow. I ordered online and was a bit skeptical after hearing some online flower horror stories. But boy did Flowerama deliver. They sent me an email order confirmation and a delivery confirmation, and the driver himself called me to assure that my girlfriend had received the flowers and that they were in great shape. Did I mention that they had the best prices on roses in Columbus? Could not recommend any more highly. Professional and definitely impressed me and my girlfriend!

I have NO complaints, only praise for this business. I ordered a floral arrangement and a birthday cake/cupcakes for my daughter in Columbus. I live in SC and always worry about site unseen delivery, but this was an A1, top notch experience. Ordered on Sunday night, delivered on Monday morning by approx 11:30am with card, flowers, and cake in beautiful condition. My daughter was Veeerrry pleased and so was I. Thanks sooo much to Flowerama and I recommend them to anyone. :)

Had one complaint about the quality of the bouquet delivered to me recently after many fabulous ones over the years and they immediately sent me a fresh bouquet. Stunning. Im a mom who lives in FL. I made an order around 1:30 am and it was delivered early the same day to my son in OH. I was called and informed that the delivery was successfully made. Ordered birthday (third party/ long distance) flowers and chose this business based on reviews - the reviews were right on. I ordered on line then realized I made an error in how the card should have read, called them and sweet!...perfect with delivery within hours.
