The Galleria responded to an emergency situation I had in getting flowers delivered to the funeral home handling the services of a beloved college friend in Georgia. they were able to get the flowers delivered one day prior to the funeral. On another occasion, friends in Cleveland needed to have flowers sent to a funeral home in Columbus, in honor of the death of a cousin. Battiste LaFleur responded to their request with professionalism and promptness. I have referred others to the Galleria and highly recommend the florist shop to all who read this review. Lela Boykin

If I cant get flowers from Battiste LaFleur then I guess it was not meant for me to purchase flowers. Beautiful flower arrangements-floral artistry at its best- great customer service and totally reasonable prices. Love this shop!!!
