Flowers delivered and left on step (no box, no sleeve, nothing). I took them in and though the sentiment was lovely the arrangement was not. There were some sad looking daisies, three sprigs of baby carnation buds, and a bunch of weeds for filler. I called DeSantis to let them know I was dissatisfied and was asked to bring them in. They broke off the already broken blooms and sent me on my way. Had I purchased flowers at Kroger or Walmart and put them in a jar of water they would have looked better than these flowers! Now I know why people call Connells. When I receive good service I tell everyone I know. When I receive bad service I tell everyone I know and everyone I dont know.

I have used DeSantis Florists for years and they have always done an absolutely exceptional job. There have been a couple of times that Ive used other florists and would be disappointed and came right back. I have never felt cheated or deceived when it comes to the pictures on their site compared to what you actually get (I have with other local florists). Delivery has never been an issue, even when I gave them only several hours to get it done. Pleasant staff that clearly take pride in what they do. Thank you for always doing such an amazing job.

UNPROFESSIONAL. There was a mix up with the flowers to be delivered to my mother who is sick. Expectedly my grandfather who ordered them was upset. When we got the replacement the delivery driver was mean and told me how my grandpa "flipped out on him." Didnt need his editorial opinion, just the correct flowers that my grandfather paid for. Plenty of other florists in the Columbus area just go somewhere else!!!!

The customer service from this florist was outstanding! Nick was so apologetic and helpful when I got some flowers that needed replaced. He emailed me after hours and the replacement flowers I got were just beautiful!! No hassles at all! THANK YOU!!
