Last Saturday (the day before Mothers Day - eek, I know), I was scrambling to find a local florist that was open in Waynesville, where my parents live, because I had completely forgotten to send my mother something. It was too late to order anything online, so I knew my only slim hope was purchasing an arrangement through a local business (esp. since I live in Dallas). Around 3:30 p.m., I randomly came across Four Seasons Florist online and to my surprise, they were open AND happily agreed to place my order (by this time, it was my 7th or 8th failed attempt). To be honest, I had very low expectations, because it was so last minute and fairly inexpensive compared to major floral retailers, but to my surprise (and amazement) the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!!! Saying it surpassed my expectations would be an understatement. Also, my mother received the flowers within a couple hours after I called. Steven, the owner, is who I worked with directly and I cant thank him enough for his help! I highly recommend this florist and will continue to solely use them in the future. Cheers!

The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a florist. Stay away from these creeps. I ordered flowers for my fathers funeral: irises, babys breath and varigated greenery. I paid $100. What I got was an arrangement that resembled a birthday arrangement of yellow and orange pom-pom looking flowers with a few irises, no babys breath, no variagated greenery and very spindly and thin. The most any respectable florist would charge for this pitiful arrangment was $50. I contacted the florist and got absolutely no response. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They already have a bad rep in town but unfortunately I did not here about that until too late.

Was not satisfied with my order, roses were withered and arranged poorly. After sending the flowers back TWICE I ended up running to Ingles and adding my own flowers to the arrangement. They refused to continue working on my order because it was time for them to close, I guess they do not care for customer service. Would not recommend this florist to anybody, what you get is definitely not worth what you paid for.

We called to order an arrangement for our mother for Mothers Day. She has a second home in Waynesville. We live in Oxford, MS. She called to say she received the most beautiful arrangement shed ever seen. I was thrilled! Great service and they deliver beyond expectation. Thank you Four Seasons Florists!

We were married during the biggest snow storm this area has seen in years. It was not the most ideal turn of events but my lavander roses were stunning. Thank you so much for the care you put into creating my vision. Through the phone contacts and emails, I was never worried.
