I use Orchids & Ivy for all of my flower orders for any occasion! They always do a terrific job and the arrangements always look great. Most recently I placed an order for a funeral service and they did such a great job that my friend even took the time out to call me and say how great they looked and how appreciative they were. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though I called into their store with a request for something on short notice, they were able to complete my request, on time and it looked amazing. There was no irritation or telling me it was impossible - they gathered all the necessary information to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. My wife sent me to the Upper Arlington location to get some ribbon for a last-minute addition to a prom boutonniere. I didnt really know what to look for, but the staff immediately helped me and gave me the length of ribbon for free. We hadnt even purchased the flower from them, but we will next time. Convenient location, great staff, and impressive shop.
