In August, I received flowers from this shop as a gift from someone who lived out of town. The flowers had been sitting out on my doormat on the ground. Within an hour, the water was changed and flower food was added. The flowers were Gerber daises. I searched for a similar arrangement on their website, but there was nothing similar, or even close. I decided it must have been a "florist’s choice." The arrangement, was very disappointing. It consisted of 5 flowers and 2 pieces of green leaf clippings in a small, plastic, green, ribbed fishbowl. I have seen prettier glass vases at the dollar store! I saw no arrangement on their website with only 5 flowers. This "choice" arrangement appeared to take an inexperienced florist about 5 minutes to make, if that. It started to wilt the next day and was dead within 5 days. This florist took full advantage of someone who places an order by phone from out of state. I sent this florist an email and received no response. A few weeks later, I sent them a letter, still no response. Forget about being concerned for a customer and correcting a poor arrangement, they didnt even want to acknowledge it. I would never recommend anyone order flowers from here over the phone to be delivered. Perhaps their chocolates and Teddy bears are good, but their flower arranging stinks!

This place does not have their act together. I had to call numerous times (I believe 4 times) to get a receipt after I paid for an invoice over the phone to share with the co-worker who needed it. I had to call 3 times before this happened to have my invoice corrected with updated delivery information. When I called to speak with the owner about this situation and how much time I had spent trying to obtain a receipt, he in no way apologized. Rather, he acted like I was being unreasonable. I ordered tulips for an upscale event. I assumed that professional florists would know to bring tulips that were open/in bloom. Well, I was wrong. They arrived at the event completely closed and had absolutely no aesthetic appeal as a result. Based on previous customer service, I decided it wasnt even worth the trouble to call to complain. I will not be using them again. Prices are very average, also - its not like youre paying less to get less.

I wanted to give my cousin a bouquet of flowers before her senior prom... simple enough, right? WRONG. I needed the flowers on a Sunday and was relieved when I finally found a florist that was open. I called customer service and they told me the address. When I couldnt find it, I called customer service again on my cellphone right in front of where the shop was supposed to be. After being constantly put on and off hold on the phone with a representative for about 45 mins, I was informed by a local shopkeeper that THE STORE HAD MOVED ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO. Completely ridiculous. How could you have people work for you that dont even know where your store is located? Total waste of gas.

I received a floral arrangement on Wednesday that was absolutely horrible one of the ugliest thing ever it looked very poorly made.and dont forget they were in it dying stage. I called to complain was told that the manager John would call me back. Never did. they sent a new one on Monday after promising to deliver on Friday. again this arrangement was also poorly made and ugly.. and still no return call.. I went onto the website to find a similar arrangement of course there wasnt one. I advise never to use this place of business.

I only gave 1 star because that is the only way i can weite a review. My nannie is a elderly woman who ordered flowers for my mother who was in the hospital. When my mother finally got the flowers there was bugs in them.so my nannie called and talked to the manager the manager was very rude and disrespectful.he hung up on her. I am very upset with the behavior and quality of this business and well make sure my family and friends are aware of this.

Ordered through 1-800 Flowers, arrangement was horribly done. Hate to use such a harsh word but just clumps of the same flower shoved into a vase. Supposed to have a plaque with the delivery, never received. If you call/use 1-800 Flowers in Columbus, you may want to call and have them not use this florist. This was for a one year anniversary loss of a loved one, way to ruin that moment which was meant to help someone cope.

Ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The delivery guy dropped off the flowers quickly and my wife never knew he was in the house. She found a flower that was broken from the stem and another that had what looked like a straw that attached the head of a flower to its stem; both were already wilting. I paid $60 for this piece. Needless to say, I believe their quality and customer service should be re-evaluated.

I ordered flowers as a gift. The arrangement was completely inadequate in terms of arrangement, color coordination and the flowers were wilted. I called and complained and was promised a re-delivery for the next day. The second arrangement was as bad as the first and was three days late. Do not order from them or from "From You Flowers."

Just ordered flowers for a co-workers bday; theyre horrible - $50 for wilted heads and brown-edged greenery; will not order from them again - had to take flowers out of our reception area flower vase to fill in all the empty space - wasnt even worth $20.

After reading the other reviews I was hesitant about ordering but decided to try it anyways. I have now ordered from there several times and Everytime so far they have delivered on time and the flowers, chocolates and fruit were some of the best.

Be cautious when using this florist. They deliver days after they promise and take no responsibility in their fault. They are rude on top of it all. There are plenty of other businesses to use in Columbus, dont take your chances on this one.
