My Mom had to bury her brother and mother this week. She talked with girl at the counter Monday afternoon regarding alter floral arrangements. She was told to come back Thursday morning (after the fresh flowers were delievered Wednesday evening) to select her favorites and have the arrangements put together. She arrived back right when they opened Thursday morning, to be told by another employee that they would not make the floral arrangements, because they had a bigger wedding and the girl she talked to Monday was new and made mistakes. This was the day before the funeral and they did NOTHING to help my mother. She left the shop in tears. I work in the event planning industry use floral often, I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Great place, great service, went out of their way to make me happy on Christmas eve. Went to 2 flower shops, everyone was out of childrens grave blankets. They cut one in half & created one for my daughter for Christmas. I was so pleased!

There prices are the lowest around and the staff are always so helpful and nice! The flowers are decent quality, sometimes the heads are a little soft, but on most part are good. For the price it is good quality and I buy from them often!
